Okay, /x/, I need your help.
Someone posted this QR code with no text in some thread and I decided to scan it.
It contained a GPG signed message, with and Abash cipher.

then a GPG signature, i'd appreciate some help figuring the rest of this out.
There's two discoveries that will change mankind forever and we are now pretty sure that we will achieve it. If we know that we can achieve them in due time, that means they have already been achieved in the future.
I'm talking about true AI and virtual reality. If that is true, then my hypothesis is that we are most likely already living in a computer simulation of some sorts. The only way we'll be able to be sure is when we successfully develop AI/VR and have created our own human simulations at which point it will be a certainty that we ourselves are in such an artificial world.
So if that's the case and we're probably living in a simulation right now, what do you think its purpose is? I've always wondered how I could be sure that other people existed, after all they could just be programs created to fool my senses. Or perhaps we're all unique consciousnesses and this is just one of many dimensions (think quantum physics) they are testing to find some kind of solution for a problem they might be having.

/x/ I was wondering if any of you have heard of/ have been to this place.
Its an abandoned psychiatric center on Long Island. Lots of urban legends and folklore surrounding it. Legends of an underground tunnel linking all the buildings for example. weird stuff, also a lot of paranormal stuff supposedly. Its also a big urban exploration site, I can post pictures that Ive taken similar to this one if you guys want.

I've been there before nothing special
I live about 30 mins from it. ive been there 10 times. 9 at night, once during the day time. I've only had one weird experience there.

but ive been there other times and its hard to get around. its hard to park, you have to park at a bar down the road, not on the actual grounds.
cops patrol it and you can get in some shit for being there. once we went up a bunch of floors, went on a ledge, saw a cop cruising the grounds and we ducked down behind the 3foot high brick wall that stopped you from falling off the ledge. the cop ended up shining his high power lights up the walls of the building looking for people.
Ive been there before, and encountered other explorers who are always friendly. one time, we met a group of dudes who told us to not go to a specific area because there were not nice dudes scrap metal-ing. ill post some pics i have from there.

I'm looking for some input. For those that don't know me, I collect Nope stories, legends, anything /x/ related, and organize it in a library which I upload every Halloween. At today' s count, there are 4,456 stories in the NOPE stories section. Unfortunately, the farther back you look, the less quality control there is. In the last Halloween thread, I actually recommended that readers start from the most recent additions and work their way backwards, and that really shouldn't be the case. In the early days, around 2011-2012, I'd just copy-paste entire threads, and filter out only the troll posts later. While I've removed a lot of bad content since then, there's still plenty of stories that lack any worthwhile substance, or are poorly written.
The possibilities as of right now:
A.) Go back through every single story, and give each one a proper re-write. Greentext stories would be converted to a standard, full-sentence format.
B.) The greentext format is retained, but with changes to spelling, grammar, punctuation, and syntax for overall smoother reading. I already do this in stories saved in the past year or so.
Also, should stories with no substance be removed, or would you rather everything be kept? Not that no matter what, the old versions will always exist. This thing is backed up like you wouldn't believe.

I say keep them, in greentext format, as they are unless the spelling/grammar is absolutely ATROCIOUS, then fix the worst offenders. Even if there are a bunch of mistakes, I feel it's more "authentic" to leave the stories as they are unless the OP wishes otherwise.
By the way, I can't remember, did you ever find a site to host your stuff on?
Does anyone know If like a mobile/digital ouija board type thing existed? Like to get a device to communicate with me?

Alright, so, I mostly identify as atheist, and for the most part disregard the paranormal, but I'm really feeling desperate right now and for some fucking reason I'm willing to give a try.
Basically, long story short. There's a girl who I was really close with, we had a thing, and I pushed here away cause I'm a fucking STUPID piece of shit and Ive done this LOADS of times with people because I cant seem to trust them without making up some bullshit and quitting on them too early.
And I regret it. I really do. I almost feel like we were soulmates. We just clicked, in the best way.
She said I'd regret it when I did, and I didn't believe her. She was right, though. She knew.
Now she's with someone else, but.
I dont know. I just want another chance. Maybe I dont deserve it? But if there was any way, and I mean ANY to show her how I really felt, and not how my mask wants me to feel, I think we'd still be together.
If there is a "spell" or something that could help me accomplish this, or more, it'd be greatly appreciated.
And before a lot of you say "just tell her" quite some time has passed PLUS again, she's with someone else. Me and her just remained friends. So bringing it up now would be absolutely random on my part, and probably off putting.

I think they are modified humans from the past, specifically the time of the fallen angels, Atlantis, etc. I also think there are spirits that look like them. Altogether, they mediate between this world and the next, and occupy the space in between.
I am wondering if the government has created it's own version by now.
I also believe the narrative of "aliens" is propaganda and being hard pushed.
Finally, I'm fairly certain that at some point (if it hasn't happened already) a break away government run by them will be given/take control of all of us.
