But ever since we moved here some strange things have been happening, every night I'm woken up by something at exactly three am. I don't know what it is, but i'm always feeling very scared after I wake up and I cant go back to sleep. Why is this happening to me? Why three am every night? Could it just be coincidence? hello, excuse my English , I had sleep paralysis almost every day for 3 years , at times I hear noise like a TV without signal , sometimes nothing more I can not move , yesterday heard sound like bineurales type waves and I felt a presence behind me as if to touch me and felt like a gray alien and suddenly I started to see images in my mind many images as gray next to a bed laboratory and a person in that bed , and I see it as third person these images and then woke up as usual as if i had spent a lot of energy , maybe it was a dream , had never had such an experience with sleep paralysis not know if it was real or my imagination , someone else will have I happened something?
