Does anyone have any recommendations of good collections of "actual event" paranormal happenings? I'm talking actual books, not just links and creepypasta.
I'd like to have some books that have fascinating stories to think about or just discussions of some of the big paranormal mysteries out there. I remember when I was a kid I never seemed to have trouble finding picture books of UFOs and whatnot, but I seem to be having trouble finding anything of substance now.

What is /x/ opinion on this man? Is he a practioner of a forgotten art? If what this man does is true, then he is margin on the helms of legend and fiction. Maybe part of what this guy does is what made old kung-fu masters so legendary.

Now, look at this kid who attracts things like a magnet and disrupts eletronics. This boy is not the first case like this, but just the first I found on a quick search. For a while I've had dreams about lamps that look exactly like this one who follow me everywhere in my dreams.
What's worse is they match ALL of the Slenderman's abilities, including slenderwalking in that they are always one step behind me.
I have had nightmares like this since I was 3 years old and they have never gone away. I've tried fighting them in my dreams but they always regenerate and sometimes multiply. The only solution is to run.

How does a lamp like that 'follow' you? Is it hovering? I'd think the cord issue would make it's range rather limited.
I suppose. The wire just hangs down to the ground. Never actually noticed that.
It follows me just like Slenderman. When I look back it is there, and then when I look again it has moved.
Or when it's chasing the same thing. I don't recall it ever "hovering" really, I remember it happening a few times.

Undoubtedly; this is mainstream, public knowledge, it's not even /x/worthy. Now that Moore's law appears to finally be slowing, so that next year's iPhone may soon no longer be able to promise major improvements over the previous model, I'd expect to see much less of it in the near...
