I sort of had one, didn't really have a full-blown experience but I think it counts.
I was really sick and felt like I was going to die for sure. I felt like if I was going to fall asleep I would die but I was really tired and just kind of gave up. When I fell asleep I "saw" blackness and through that blackness was a tiny glimpse of a forest with sunlight and a stream running through it.
