Why didn't you just let him win?
Letting him wins means losing.
It's either him or you.

Throw the guy a bone

wins doesn't even count in opponent's record, he will still display 1-99 so it's all pointless
Why was Joe rescuing red-headed ninjas wearing pink who were most likely 10 years old?
It'd feel kind of immoral to leave them behind.
>not picking up some free boipussy
Training exercise.
Forgive my interruption, could you tell me how to find hell?
You already found it, Buddy.
You're gonna burn, all right.
GET OUT OF HERE DENTON
I started surfing the internet for information relating to games in the mid 90's. Many gaming websites have come and gone, with a few made years ago surpassing anything being made today.
http://www.wolfgangarchive.com/ Is a fantastic example. Battle backgrounds, sprite work, music, full photo strategies etc for the Lunar, Phantasy Star, Shining series and much more. You won't find this site anymore in a typical Google search for those games.
I also recall a great Castlevania website by kcscheldon years ago that had a great Daggerfall section as well.

West Mansion is still up; I remember enjoying Robs fanfics when I was younger. Patient #6504 was enjoyable at least in my memory. Have we really come so far since Geocities?

I figured out how to do it, but I'm keeping it to myself for now.
I thought about trying for that cash money but ehhh, I've got better things to do.

What for?
I tried searching the net but it seems that no one has this problem .
I have a PS2 slim and PS2 and PS1 games work fine except that ONLY PS1 games don't have sound .This seems to be a CRT TV issue because PS1 games had sound on a LCD .What is also weird is that all the games i have are NTSC ,and NTSC PS2 games have sound while NTSC PS1 don't so its not a region issue .
The tv in question is pic related
Stereo or mono on the tv?
Check your sound settings on your ps2 and compare them to the sound settings on the psx games.
>>3311656
This is absolutely insane ,i tried it on a different CRT and the sound for ps1 works ,so it seems that this tv somehow knows when ps1 games are played and only then shuts off the sound .
Also it always has sound on the startup ps1 screen and loses it afterwards .

It doesn't like 240p. Try turning on post-processing.
What's the comfiest J-RPG?
I'm looking for something from 16 and 32 bit era. Could be newer ones too as long it's on PC. (My hardware sucks)

Breath of Fire 3 is pretty comfy. If you have a PSP, Mana Khemia also fits that role.
>>3311051
I don't have any console but i can emulate PSP.
Probably Legend of Mana.
He meant to say, "Uncle Jackie, where the fuck is the cartridge, you cheap bitch." But, then decided to play away on the thing, by pressing buttons aimlessly like a spastic idiot.
My friend and I saw this in the theater as teenagers, and couldn't stop laughing at his cartridge-less handheld.
What is transparent cartridge. Pic related.
So is it safe to download yet or not? I'm getting mixed signals.
>Nintendo emulation past SNES
Enjoy that malware.

The webpage and the installer itself contains malware and ads, get it elsewhere or use Mupen64

>all these golden age western PC developers; gone, like tears in rain
I recently got a new laptop and decided to get some old school games on steam, these are mostly point and clicks.
Day of the tentacle
Fallout 1/2
Gabriel Knight - Sins of the fathers
Grim Fandango
Indiana Jones and the fate of atlantis
Little big adventure
Monkey island 1/2
Tex murphy - killing moon/overseer/pandora detective
The dig
Sanitarium
I also recently bought the revolution software 25th anniversary collection with all their games
So can anyone recommend me some classic games on steam im missing out on
>>3310615
Sonic & Knuckles
Tomb Raider anniversary
Ultima anything (on GoG)
System shocks
SC2k
Dominions 4
>>3310615
I would buy old games on gog rather than steam as they're more likely to work on a newer system, come with all the manuals and extra stuff in PDF and are drm free.
>>3311434
This.
Also, I recently played through Beneath a Steel Sky (thanks GoG!) and would like to know if there are more sci-fi p'n'c adventures like it?
I already know about Primordia and other games published by wadjet eye but those don't have that awesome retro feel to them, sadly. (still great games, though)
I don't want to spend more than like $ 150
Best PC with outs your TV will be happy with you can get in your budget. Laptops with broken screens and/or bad batteries are particularly good deals
$30 will buy you a Wii though.
I would just grab a cheap desktop from a yard sale or something. There's a wide selection of emulators for Windows and Linux that are cycle-accurate. And those that aren't should perform considerably well anyway. You'd have to be autistic to notice the differences.
I don't care much for the availability of emulators for Wii, contrary to what other anons might suggest. It may be something for you to look into, but I think you'll have a great deal more freedom and selection if you just rig a desktop to your TV.
