Just picked these up. How'd I do?
You bought a couple of video games, that's so awesome. I'm proud of this important life decision that you bravely made.
>>2854952
Now, can you set them down and pick them up again?
But seriously, while I have not played either of those, you seem to have snagged two great deals. Enjoy your games, friend!
Overrated N64 titles. Meh.
What have you picked up recently /vr/?
I found a jungle green N64 controller at Goodwill for $2. The stick was tight, too. I couldn't believe that it wasn't wobbly as a drunk.

Fag has been ingrained into 4chan culture since before you happened upon this site. Everyboard just about uses it, not just /b/.
Were you a Nintendo Power subscriber?
Those feels in December 2012

All his neighbors are black, yet they play Nintendo together instead of doing drive-bys.
The 90's sure were better.

Of course the light skin nigga is gonna win with his superior Caucasian genetics granting him higher intellect over his darker skinned counterparts.
Anyone ever play EVO Search for Eden on the SNES back in the day? This was one of my favorites growing up and actually pretty educational for a kid. You start as a fish than evolve through different levels of evolutionary history. Fish, amphibian, dinosaur, Bird/mammal, Human and you get to choose what parts to evolve along the way so your character is pretty customizable for a SNES game.

EVO gets posted a shitload around here for all kinds of reasons such as soundtrack, gameplay, genre etc. Good game, got it pre-internet from a thrift store with my dad having no idea how much it was worth.
i think the game is too hard, bite me
and yes I have beaten it
What are some must play games for this thing?
I've been in the mood to pick one up, but I don't really know what's good on it.
Also, how affordable are the games?
>>2853227
I still have mine from years ago but only like one game. I'm going to sit in this thread and listen.
>>2853227
>i've been in the mood to pick one up
make sure to buy several packs of batteries with it, shit burns through them like a hot knife through butter
call me a child but the screen is blurry hard to see garbage and the thing sucks batteries like a hooker on a vaccuum
I really think you should stick to emulating
I just got Vectorman. It's damn good, but I'm sucking hard at it. I just can't beat this plane boss of the first level. Any tips to help me git gud?
git gud
shoot the plane until it dies
If you don't care about not getting the real ending, hit Start, then ABACABB, it refills your health.
Explain why you hate this console, /vr/

Atari released this and just kept developing the 2600. Instead of worrying about making good games for the 5200, they just kept developing 2600 games.
Fucking shot themselves.
Its got a nice trackball.

It's the same reason that dollar coins don't catch on in the US. They never will if you keep on printing the dollar notes along with them.
So I got to San Francisco and hacked into the shi mainframe. All my saves are pretty much after this action. Little did I know that this shit would aggro literally everyone in San Francisco. Can I make these dudes friendly again somehow, cheats or otherwise?
or am I just fucked
also fallout 2 general I guess, this game has really nice writing.
>>2852323
I don't think it should aggro everyone, only the Shi guys.
Anyway, if you're level ~25 just pump the fuel into the tanker and sail away to the Enclave.
You could try going out to the main map and waiting three days, but it probably won't do anything.
Sanfrancisco is all Shi, so they are all agro. You might still be able to talk to the ship vagrants though, I think they are a different faction? Don't kill them, you need the captain to trigger the end game.

A marvel to behold
>found a ps1 at a flea market for $2
>disc tray wouldn't close
>easy fix
>take it apart
>unnecessarily took apart area shown in picture
>spent 6 hours trying to get it back together
Please help
At least show a pic of what the area should look like
if i dont take it apart you cant see much of that's going on there
>>2852259
I'm pretty sure it's this metal coil deal here that's messing it all up
>>2852259
odell lake, drawing christmas trees with Logo, learning to type in space, cartoonnetwork.com, some story maker for the apple IIgs with neet backgrounds
that's all I remember
Math Blaster
>>2849834
I liked playing these when I was 6 because I liked the hot math blaster grill.
What are the best games for this thing?
Alien vs. Predator
Attack of the Mutant Penguins
Bubsy
There's also Rayman and Cannon Fodder, but those aren't exclusives.
>>2847884
why have games when u can simply enjoy owning piece of western gaming history?
>>2847897
I thought Atari was a Japanese company
Can anyone rec some more racing games like Mario Kart 64, Diddy King Racing and CTR? Also Racing games general
Konami Krazy Racers (but GBA not retro)
And it's not as cartoony, but the Wipeout series is awesome as far as high speed racing with weapons goes.
>>2847756
It's pretty good although I don't find it nearly as fun as any of the ones you mentioned.
Lego Racers is another cart game with items and such, and Snowboard Kids is really awesome if you want to count that.
For all around great racing games,
Rush series
Beetle Adventure Racing
Revolt
Pod Racer
Cruis'n games are shit.
What's the hardest game you ever beat?
Kirby's Dream Land.
1ALL DoDonPachi or DS version of Final Fantasy IV
>>2846284
That might be the worst Wizardry party I have ever seen. I can see how it would make the game difficult, but come on now.
>GAME FORCES YOU TO USE ALL CAPS FOR NAMES
>NPC names are not even in all caps
I don't know what you are talking about, ANON.
Christ that bothers me in FF6.
BANON: Hi, I'm Banon.
TERRA: Hi, my name is TERRA.
or
BANON: Hi, I'm Banon.
Terra: Hi, my name is Terra.
It doesn't match either way you do it.
>>2845919
i was just about to say the same thing.
