Is life actually horrible? Or am I just mentally ill?
I've been kind of feeling like I should end my life. I talked to a psychiatrist about it and he said I'm mentally ill and have Major Depression and a few anxiety disorders. I've been taking the medications for about 5 months (had to switch a few times), but essentially I have this doubt about it all. Not sure if it belongs on /his/ or not, but I certainly can't post this on /pol/ ("lol gtfo liberal nigger"). How would you guys react to meeting a modern day royal? Throughout history, common people have been forced to bow, not speak unless spoken to, say "your majesty", etc. Would you follow royal protocol, or would you disregard it and treat them like a normal human being? Personally I would detest calling another human being "your highness". Thoughts?

I've heard people say that the plumes and feathers on ancient helmets weren't actually worn in battle, when they obviously were.
I've even had someone try to tell me that the Greek muscle cuirass armour was never actually worn in battle because it was too heavy. They weigh like 6kg and its spread across the torso, its fucking nothing, modern soldiers can be in up to 30kg equipment.
