Is that quote from Land?
>>1426483
Made it myself. Not very fitting, but it reminds me of sentence structuring used by the founding fathers in how intense it sounds.
>>1426494
It sounds like your fedora is about to fall off your head, edgelord.
>attacks unarmed people
>got BTFO by fucking monastery levies in Ireland
>I repeat they got rekt by (fucking) levies
>got BTFO by Moors
>got BTFO by frogs
>got BTFO by Saxons altough they had a good run at first
woah
such warrior spirit!
You're expecting a lot out of farmers, OP. Even so, they still turned Europe white. Must suck to be "Latino".
>trying to make money
>attack weak targets instead of strong
no shit
>>1426486
Why are vikingtards always thinking vikings were some sort of paragons of the white race if they attacked other whites and were defeated by other whites? Must suck to be some albino nigger who couldn't put two sticks together and now has to write fanfiction about his pirate ancestors while shitting himself the moment he sees another person in real life.
Is there philosophy based around rejecting philosophy?
>>1426275
Yes, science
>>1426275
That would defeat its own point. You can, however, just ignore philosophical questions in general.
Yes, consumerism.
What did Britain gain from its victory in WWII?
>>1425983
They got to not be Nazi colony.
Churchill speeches
>>1425983
Existance.
As an African slave circa 1700, what would be the best place to get sold to?
>>1425711
Spanish America probably.
Your best bet would be a neighboring village or Spanish territory
>>1425711
East African slaves called Siddis or Habshis in Islamic India were used as elite slaves (in the same way medieval Arabs and Persians used Turks) and put in highly influential positions. Several states in early modern India (such as Janjira and Sachin) were ruled by Africans, though I'm not sure how many of those were former slaves and how many had just arrived as merchants. In other states they often acted as officials, mercenaries, army commanders, sometimes even prime ministers, Malik Ambar being the most famous...

What are your thoughts on Islam? I think that it is a cancer wherever it spreads. I do think that it is unfair to assume that the Muslims were the only bad people at the time, but they my issue with them is that they remained that way and spread their beliefs onto other civilizations, effectively destroying any advances they had made.
They always go on about how Islam is a religion of peace, but wasn't there a massive slave trade that the Muslims, especially, took advantage of? There are many quotes about the innocent and how you should show them mercy in the Qu'ran,...

>I think that it is a cancer wherever it spreads
The Ottoman empire superceded the empires and states of Christendom prior to the age of exploration and an unprecedented geographic advantage.
Iran was fine in the 70s, before installing the Khomeini. Singapore is extremely admirable from the POV of any state. Central asian muslims are alright considering their geographic circumstances in proximity to Russia.
The problem isn't Islam, it's nomadic Arab culture further...

Islam and muslims alike are trash.

Hong Kong called.
It didn't say any words, it just laughed and hung up.
I do not know where to post this, /x/ is filled with skelingtons and I was spooked, /pol/ will only accept the teachings of Kek so this is me last hope.
Who is Satan? What if Lucifer is partially innocent and the contrary is another being? He/She could be hiding while we fight Lucifer who may be destined for good. Are we Satan?
Satan might be an administrator of the material grid.
It's hard for me to believe that Satan (who should have known God better than any human) would have tried to rebel against an omnipotent being, so maybe God isn't really omnipotent?
>>1425681
Or Satan was just REALLY arrogant and prideful to the point of deluding himself into thinking he was better than an omnipotent being.
Is anyone here a utilitarian that supports capitalism? I have questions.
I don't consider myself a utilitarian, but I certainly support capitalism, only for the specific reason that anyone can own the means of production.
>>1425152
But that's not true because they're inherited
I suppose I'm fairly utilitarian, and I support capitalism.
Isn't it true that no nation with an armed populace has ever, at any point in history, been successfully, forcibly taken over by any enemy, whether foreign or domestic?
>>1425130
Well, a lot of premodern societies did not give a shit whether or not their people owned weapons. Some in fact, encouraged civilians to own weapons due to one or all of the following reasons.
>The civilians form a big part of the army.
>The civilians ought to help out law enforcement.
>Plain recognizing civilians right to defend themselves versus criminals (or this was relegated to common sense).
Ancient Greece, the...

Of course that's not true. Are you stupid? Almost everyone has been armed throughout history. Are you asking if no nation has ever been conquered?
>>1425219
Americans -especially /k/- seriously have this innocent notion that civilian revolts will not happen with gun laws.
When some of the more weapons restrictive countries in the globe are undergoing civil wars as we speak.
In the end its "country actually functions/does its job" that determines whether or not the average joe doesn't grab a gun by any means necessary and start shooting government people.
Ludwig XIV. allegedly only bathed twice in his life.
So just like modern French?
Russian ambassador remarked he stank like a goat when he met him first time.
>>1425039
your body eventually cleanses itself
We should make a /his/ alignment chart. Who are the best historical figures for each alignment?
It's going to be hard, because there has never existed anyone who can fit the top 3.
>>1424880
Then we can leave it empty.
Why do people think anyone gave a shit about Pearl Harbor in 1941? Hawaii wasn't even a state and 80% of the people living there were Japs or Polynesians.
>>1424790
Obviously people gave a enough a shit about it to wholeheartedly support going into war with japan and the gnatzees.
>>1424806
That's propaganda for you.
>obviously people gave enough shit about
>the maine
>the lusitania
>possible maybe WMDs
etc.
>>1424790
It wasn't about DA PEEPUL moron, it was about the fleet.
>you spend months pondering "Thus Spoke Zarathustra"
>Chad makes her moan as loud as an orchestra
>you read about ways to smash the system
>chad's had his way and smashed your sister
>you think Chad is a spook
>but he's fucking your sister, your mother and your crush
This isnt r9k
What do you need to do to have a successful coup?
Take control of the government
to be supported by the public
>>1424571
OP asked about the real coup, not the "coup" in Turkey which was created to consolidate Erdogan's power.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Famine_(Ireland)
How sad is this?
>killed off 1/4 of population
>permanently destroyed Irish culture and pride
>weakened state to the point of irrelevance
> Insist on cultivating the genetically compromised offspring of a single potato species, despite warnings from English scientists
> succumb to blight
They deserved it.
Malthus was right all along
>>1424340
>despite warnings from English scientists
Which scientists?
