We do our best to define Fascism.

We all know about the Nazis being the most infamous example of Fascism, second comes the Italians. However there was also Spain, Portugal and Brazil being examples of other nations that experimented with Fascism, and came out much more successful than their communist brothers. Why is it that people are allowed to be Communists and not Fascists even though Fascism has a better track record and has killed less people?

I will try to lay out the "vanilla" criterias for fascism:

>Dictatorship
>Social Reactionary
>Can be economically left or right wing
>Focus on 'empowering the nation'
>Hate communists

I notice when Fascists are success, people refuse to acknowledge them as Fascists and instead as 'Conservative Dictatorships' in the case of Spain and Portugal. Are people that triggered to realize that Fascism can actually work unlike Communism?

His how do I research the problem of intentionality?
For example If there is a guy and a girl that like each other but dont know the other one likes them back.
If one tries to maka advances they are risking getting hurt by a rejection but If they both telegraphed it because they were forced to then the problem would be solved.
Lets say they both had a gun pointed to their heads to be triggered if they did not convey their feelings towards one another, i.e. they were forced and it was not a matter of their choice.
This creates a win win situation where both parties know the intentions of the other but none has a reason to be hurt.

This is obviously an extreme example but there are many other examples which are similair but realistic.
I dont fully understand the mechanics of why the first normal situation creates a problem with possibly negative consequences and i dont fully understand why the later solution actually solves the problem.

http://phys.org/news/2016-01-genetic-ancient-trans-atlantic-migration-professor.html

nnifer Raff, a University of Kansas assistant professor of anthropology, said mitochondrial and genomic data that scientists have recovered don't support such an early wave of migrants.

"That hypothesis is only held by a very tiny minority of the archaeological community, but nevertheless it gets a lot of attention from people who have a casual interest in American archaeology," said Raff, lead author of a recent article in the journal PaleoAmerica on the issue. "When we summarize the genetic results we have, we find nothing that's consistent with these hypothesized trans-Atlantic migrations."

Raff and co-author Deborah Bolnick, associate professor of anthropology at the University of Texas at Austin, published the article that evaluated these hypotheses in light of current genetic evidence from ancient and present-day Native Americans. They concluded that genetic data scientists have recovered to date only supports a migration from Siberia into the Americas and does not show evidence of earlier migrations from ancient Israelites or inhabitants of what is now Europe. Within the next month, the journal article will available to the public via open access, Raff said.

The genetic piece of one recent argument for a trans-Atlantic migration—known as the Solutrean hypothesis—contended that the presence of mitochondrial haplogroup X2a in Native American populations provided evidence for ancient gene flow from Europe or the Middle East into North America. The hypothesis suggested that the North American Clovis culture dated roughly 13,000 years ago was directly descended from the Solutrean culture of southwestern Europe dated roughly 23,000 years before present.

Yeah sure, like genocides have never happened.

Besides, genetics isn't even the core of the hypothesis here "debunked" by one man's academic opinion.

Why did the Councils choose to permit marriage for their clerics, whereas the catholics did not? Could it be somehow related to Matthew 19:12?

Did they? It was established tradition before Catholics decided to change it because Pope wanted more power over the Church. It's not about choosing differently, it's about keeping the tradition unchanged.
