It depends entirely on your criteria. Early war? Late war? What front? What altitudes? Do you have good airfields? All of these are huge factors in how successful fighters were in the war.

Books and essays have been written on the subject, though I can't think of any off the top of my head.
My understanding of it though is that it happened with a about the same frequency as today, though proving it was difficult without modern methods. There was also a peculiar medieval belief that a woman had to have an orgasm to become pregnant, therefore if she became pregnant as a result of rape, it must have been consensual as she enjoyed it.
I imagine a lot of the time, things were resolved...

Jews were a huge part of the Bolshevik movement, they had a huge influential in the course of the October Revolution and the Russian Civil War. Later, during Stalin's era, they were some of his most willing executioners, Jews like Lazar Kaganovich and Genrikh Yagoda had a huge part in the Soviet famine of 1932-1933, specially the Ukrainian famine that came to be called the Holodomor. And though their power in the Soviet Union declined after the Great Purge, they were influential in the newly established communist regimes of Eastern Europe after World War II. Hungary, Poland and Romania, all had Jewish leaders during their most repressive, Stalinist period.
My question is, how do Jews react to that? Germans, for example, are told to feel guilty for the crimes of Nazi Germany, just as White Americans are expected to apologize and pay reparations for slavery. Europeans, overall, are still held accountable for the crimes of colonialism. So how do Jews get away with their involvment in one of the most murderous regimes of the XXth century? How can there be no guilt, no apology, not a single Jewish person who has come forward and said: "hey, maybe we did bad things in Ukraine, we should feel bad"?
