0079 is only for purists, since the aged art was a turn-off to anybody not a "gundam fan" and only a "fan of gundam."
G was not in the "real robot" vibe that a lot of people who watched Wing liked (myself included), and I didn't thusly give it a shot until I figured out liked "Gundam" in general for its own merits.

I'd avoided Armored Core: For Answer (a very unintentionally amusing name) for a while since people said it was a major downgrade from 3. I'm giving it a whirl now, and I'm loving it on every level.
Even a Brickmaster 5000 with four different kinds of rocket launcher flies like a jet. I will never go slow again.

A lot of instagram gunplay accounts are black, a fair of rappers like gundam. At my school there was a clique of live 5 black guys who were obsessed with gun dam and transformers? Even a lot of the ghetto black kids at my school would watch gundam wing

Well he saw Hathaway and his sister as little kids in the past, and you know how he loves the theme of war corrupting young adults, especially if we've seen said young adults as really young kids before.
The point to his character makes a bit more sense if they ever have the guts to animate Hathaway's Flash, although a part of me also hates doing that to Bright.

You don't need Hathaway's Flash. The point of Hathaway is to be another Amuro - one who went the wrong way. He's the Amuro to Quess' Lalah and Gyunei's Char. Quess and Gyunei both die though, rather than just Quess/Lalah.
He also doesn't have the chance and support that Amuro had and instead of becoming a great pilot/war hero, he becomes a villain for killing Chan in revenge of Quess and a mediocre pilot who never got the time or chance to become more.

The first arc was rather decent but this one turns sour after 3 episodes, long story short they made Riddhe the main character when nothing relevant to the narrative is ever allowed to happen. That's 13 whole episodes.
Asemu starts alright, then Zeheart is revealed to be a vagan and his character simply devolves into some insecure attention whore. His whole character development being "I got the only guy who ever had the patience to deal with my immaturity killed, I better stop acting like a moron and go back to how I was at the beginning...

If I'm completely honest I think it's one of the better western /m/ shows. It's got astounding super powers, gattai, monster n' robot fightan, a giant robot waifu, and an actual, entertaining plot, not to mention it looked really good visually.
I'm still mad I can't find decent rips. Fuck.
This and Oban Star Racers were some really good Jetix shows. What about that ATOM one? Or the NASCAR show that took place in the future with supercars? Or Hot Wheels...
