For a short break, we were abandoned by OP for whatever reasonI'm sorryat the second thread. This one is to keep things going so we can actually do something with the time invested, so we can hopefully catch OP's attention, and we can get a roll call for who's still left.
Now, for roll call, we'll post the last standings for matches and also post full team linearts that OP had made. Those who belong in team should reply to these, stating team name and, if they're in a three or two man team, the unit they are using.
As for how this shit will operate, hopefully OP can come back and tell us what we should, since we're showing him we're really srs 'bout this. If not, we'll take control and make group decisions with everyone still in it.

I've read Devilman and it was mostly great.
Then i've read Jeeg and it was trash.
Then i've partially read Getter Robot and it was slightly less trash than Jeeg, characters are the only good this it has going for it so far.
What Nagai series are actually worth reading? Should i even bother with Mazinger/Grendizer etc?

Every time.
Violence Jack is the sequel to Devilman, it's far less compressed and consistent in quality but when it's good it's really fucking good. The OVA version is pretty awful, should really be avoided until you've read the manga.

Hey /m/. I'm going to buy and scan the missing Viz issues of Area 88. I wanted to know if
1) Anyone is even interested?
2) Anyone would be interested in cleaning them to at least be presentable?
3) Any editors interested in transplanting the Viz scripts onto the wideban volumes, which I would scan? Because the Viz releases are pretty shoddy, anyway.

If the AI is as stupid as it was in the first game, you'll be able to salvage 6 at a time since they require 2 apiece and you need one for bait.
I'm pretty sure I saved my progress every now and then when I played that the first time and got them all over the course of a day or so, but back then you could build 20+ Salvage Corvettes instead of just 14. Also, incidentally, the last time I played that mission in classic I ended up breaking the hyperspace jump since the frigates were not reaching their jump positions due to literally bumping against the edge of the map (I had to Alt-look through a fuckhuge line of Ion Frigates to see what the problem was).

Does the Salvage Corvette cap affect the number of combat corvettes you can build or is that separate now?

So it's been a little while since Awakening of the Trailblazer came out. What do you all think of aliens existing in Gundam?
Would you like to see the ELS again? A new species? Or is the very idea a crime against the franchise?

Had a really creepy atmosphere in the beginning but then it was just Earth versus a bunch of silver space dildoes that apparently have no concept of the amount of harm they're doing to this other sentient race they've contacted but they understand violence well enough to fight back.

G-Recko says a lot of things that are clearly the characters exaggerating in-character. The problem is that since the characters talking to each other nonchalantly is how we learn 90% of the plot and setting of that show, it is really easy for someone's hyperbole or dumb joke to be mistaken as something that we are supposed to believe as setting material.
Why doesn't Kamille get more shit for this? He could have killed a guy for an incredibly petty reason.
Kamille really comes off as a psycho hot head early in the series. We've seen the Titans do nothing really wrong so far. They're a little rough for dealing with Kamille, but he's the one going around punching people. Early Zeta is just watching some insane kid try to punch and murder people.

Favorite Mobile Suit designs /m/?
From the little I've watched of Mecha anime so far I gotta say it's the Alex, wish it saw more combat. Also thanks for the recommendation of Gundam 00 a few weeks back, I didn't even like much anime back then but 00 was the perfect starting place and I love Gundam so far!
