So I heard that this show was supposed to be bad or something? I just finished it, and I can honestly say I enjoyed myself. Didn't like it as much as SDF or 7, but I don't see why you'd call it a bad show.
Are the movies worth watching?

That's a big creature...
Someone explain to me the appeal of the GM and its variants and successors. They look dorky and featureless, and they're even more cannon fodder material than Zeek suits like the Zaku. So why do so many people like them?
You're a faggot.
I would like the plain old GM if it wasn't for its head. That visor's shape looks so incredibly fucking stupid. Jegans and Jestas, though, they're nice.
>MFW /m/'s favorite grunt now becomes Hizack due to Jim looking 2dorky
Who is the best transforming mecha designer?

How is his name even supposed to be pronounced? The show seemed really inconsistent about it. Sometimes it was "Cheer-Eko" and others it was "Keer-Eko."
What is the strongest mecha in video games?
I know skells aren't just love the image.
ZoE Orbital frames are pretty strong. they may not be strongest since SRW is a video game and its got planet crushers
>>14393918
Well, since you brought up Xenoblade there is the Mechonis, what with it being the body of a god and all.
One of its attacks is forecasted by the game's prescience system at one point. The potential damage is listed as a mobius strip.
>>14393926
Really, Jehuty and Anubis at least are strong as all fuck, Jehuty because it has access to a weapon that fires compressed space t odestroy targets while Anubis powered up by Aumann could probably do something similar
And on the Xeno side of things I think the strongest would be Deus since he is a weapon made to wage galactic warsOf course if you put SRW then there is literally no contest since it has galaxy destroying monsters
Sister Jill (Nicole Ishida) from Cutie Honey Tears.
I'm doing a stupid writing project set in gbf.
I need character suggestions.

Fuck off loser! I bet you like Gundam!
So how exactly do you avoid damage in armoured core? the enemies seem to have magic homing bullets that hit you regardless of how evasive you are.
I want to play a light core but the game seems to think i should play heavy because of the amount of shit it throws at me.
>>14380029
Get gud.
But seriously, I've never managed to do well in Armored Core with any strategy other than building the biggest, most armored, most heavily-armed AC that I could. The controls are just too clunky to do anything else.
>>14380029
Getting hit at all is inevitable, but skating bunny hops massively mitigate incoming damage due to the way lock on tracking works and light cores are best at skating bunny hops
>>14380029
Strafing.
Did I miss an official announcement on the class/size of this thing? Is it really as large as it looks here or did someone skip on the QUALITY of the scaling?
Basically is it a Macross Quarter-class or not?
>>14377466
it's apparently about 800m, twice the size of a macross quarter class ship
The macross was huge as shit, and able to comfortable hold a crew + 200,000 refugees or so. That doesn't seem that off scale unless I'm miss remembering something.
/m/ games on steam thread?
Have you played Alien Isolation yet?
Working Joe is the best stand-in for the stock shambling zombie enemy archetype for survival horror. Never fuck around with androids ever.
>RUNNING CAUSES ACCIDENTS
The ones I've played.
*Valken clones are games that play similarly to Assault Suits Valken/Cybernator on the SNES. Or Metal Warriors.
A.R.E.S. - twin-stick platformer where you control a robot that has to rescue/disable a space station. Or whatever. Controls pretty well, although some of actions really needed a separate button. /m/ content is very so-so. You can change your armor design on-the-fly (CTRL + T), but I think this doesn't really do anything (except if you have the DLC). Has a retarded "garbage collection" system to buy upgrades.

This should be coming out next month on 3DS, in theory. Also, there's Astro Port stuff like Vulkaiser.
