Just started season 2, why the maintenance crew are so funny and comfy to see and it makes me want them to be the main theme in the series or at least get an spinn off along with "Kouji's Adventures at getting gud"?

Plots become more by the books rebellion stuff, no character gets any decent focus or development, no cool robot -action-, it stops abruptly because the sponsors were killing people with their heaters and the OVAs don't have a decent ending, loli isn't a loli anymore

Is it just me or does the dialogue in this show seem to make absolutely no sense. I'm wondering if Tomino is really off his rocker here or if the subtitles are just poorly translated. Like "The Earth is... Not Square" makes no sense. I don't speak fluent Japanese but there certainly seem to be some errors from what I know.
I found the [AG] subs but they never finished the show it seems and there are no Seeders for their torrents. Does anyone have a better source of subs for this show?
