Why do so many people not like the Ideon TV series? I thought it was better than the overrated movie. Is it just 12 year olds with Down syndrome calling this "slow"? If this is considered slow, I must have a lot of patience or I am autistic.

As for the series, the "enemy plan of the week" and the stock footage are the main reasons people call it boring. I've not ever seen anybody fault stuff like the character development and all that.

Fuck, that's really interesting. I'd love to see more of that. The only example I can think of is the Neo Ranga OPs used in the DVDs, which for some reason had simpler in-betweens during some sequences, not to mention removed the birds and made his silhouette brighter (you should play these side-by-side to see the differences):

WackyModder84 here, and I would like to sincerely apologize to all of /m/ for all the times I kept slamming Gundam Seed Destiny to the point where you were beyond sick and tired of it.
I now understand what you see in this deep, rich story with it's cleverly written characters, and beautifully animated action scenes.
Recycled footage is a bitch, but that's a minor annoyance I immediately forgot about. Music is some of the best shit I've ever heard in my life. Totes worth rewatching the show almost 60 times.
