So back in 2001, before the Dreamcast version came out, they had this in arcades in Japan. Gundam and Gelgoog were the metagame apparently. Was a great game.
Shame the Dreamcast didn't have any multiplayer.

Watched it for the first time really recently. Was disappointed because I thought it would be as good as 0079, but better animation. Wasn't as good, but it was still really good and the animation/mobile armor designs were really fun. Titans were also really cool.

IIRC in Alpha they talk about this, Psychodrivers dont rely nowhere near as much on emotion and empathy to use their powers, but they are sensitive to other types of psychic powers being used in the battlefield.
