In an interview Tomino said he really disliked making Zeta, so he added a little "fuck you, suck my dick Bandai" easter egg. Not his exact words, but something along those lines. In the anime it was only a piece of Libra that was falling to earth. In the manga it looks like the whole battle ship is falling to earth.

The art for character and mecha are alright but somehow I feel something is wrong in Tokita Kouichi's manga like that Wing or Astray.

Hey /m/ what are some good mecha games, anime, manga, movies ,etc,etc that involve real-world countries or close to real world countries in them? I know of a few like front mission with the United States of the New Continent and the Oceania Cooperative Union. I also know things like muv-luv have that going on. anything you got would be great I love that kind of mecha setting.
ace combat's Osea(USA) and Yuktobania(RU) are ones that come to mind. I miss strangereal.

Neither. The writing was good & the ending is intentionally ambiguous. It isn't particularly complex or deep, just bizarre. You don't have to be smart or savvy to figure out that the show was mysterious for the sake of it. That was the point.

I wouldn't mind single shoulder if they used the space on the other shoulder to put a fire radar, energy shield generator, a whole stack of flares, etc.
Then again single-cannon units are rare enough as they are. A cannon and nothing won't elicit a frothing rejection from me either.
If you dropped Argevollen because of something that happens early on, keep watching. That's addressed in a later episode. It's one of the few shows that does not pigeonhole plot points.

I'd expand each generation to a 25 episode season and make the Three Generations Arc a movie.
Just 20 episodes for each arc would be enough, I think. Same general plots, more character and plot development.

I watched the first episode, but there's an awkward pan/cut every few seconds--it's frenetic and nauseating.
Also, are there any good Kamen Rider games? Was Battride War II any good?
Give it an episode or two.
Faiz was the first show I saw and I immediately moved on to Blade. Had to turn the first episode off after a few minutes because it was so disorienting but it does normalize after a while - they were supposedly transitioning to new cameras at the time.

The one for OG Kamen Rider on Super Famicom is a decent beat 'em up.
Everything about Blade is just wrong and a mistake for about 10 episodes and then it gets better
