Im trying to remember this anime i watched when i was 3-6, im 20 now. It was on a VHS tape.
These are the things i remember:
Its a mecha one.
There is scene where a woman dives into the ocean in a bathing suit and there is a super long close up on her when she dives.
There is a little kid that the woman is friends with, that gets nervous when he sees her in the bathing suit.
The MC mech is of the basic human body shape, quite blocky i think. IIRC the MC mech is red and has green eyes.
There is a scene where a woman is taught how to handle...

I have Gigantic Army, and it's fun for a few hours, but no Valken.
IIRC, you have to choose two weapons (1 normal and 1 special) and have to play through the whole game with just them. Even so, the Grenade Launcher is so overpowered that you don't really want the other main weapons.
One thing it does better than Valken is skating (VOTOMS-like) and firing many missiles at once. Aside from that, it's pretty generic.
What made the Z gundam stand out so much that Anaheim Electronics and others kept trying to mass produce it for over a million times?

Why is technology so stagnant in the Gundam multiverse? True artificial gravity has only ever been seen in G, FTL of any kind has never been seen, and in mos series ships needs some kind of assistance to go from Earth to space like a mass driver or multiple rocket stages.

What exactly do you mean by stagnant? UC is the only one that you have a long view of the technology progress.
If you mean why doesn't it have stuff like FTL No gundam series takes place outside the solar systems and most aren't only in the earthsphere. There is no need for FTL from a literary point of view. It would also seem too advance and would not fit with everyone else. Sure mobile suits and colonies are much more advance that anything we have today but nothing on the same league as FTL. In...

Although the Guison and Graze are good, the Hyakuri is by far the best design to come out of IBO so farand it doesn't look like there will be much more competition
Kind of reminds me of those grunts from ZOE2, but with thinner limbs.
