I had no idea this was a live event much like the LIVE from MSG one. Why do I love the idea of such events like this for the WWE Network? I wish WWE could do more of them. I don't see why they couldn't.

I think Ambrose vs. Reigns with Reigns winning the WWE Championship is the most predictable outcome. I pray that WWE does a swerve or at least lets Sheamus cash in. God help us if they give the strap to Reigns this early.

I'm just jogging vague distances now, and doing like, 50 jumping jacks, 20 push ups, 30 crunches, before spending two hours at my dojo each morning, but I have time before and after that I could spend better.
Are sets of push ups and situps good? how many reps and how many sets? How far should I be jogging in a day. I know this is probably a question for /fit/ but I feel like you guys would be better equipped...
