HBK is better imo. His mat work was not as good as Brets but to be honest they both had terrible mat work, and sub par ring psychology, but HBK fucking brought it and bumped like a motherfucker to get himself and others over, and he had way better timing than Bret.
Bret Hart could wrestle one match, and it wasn't a bad match, but it wasn't very good. Although personally I liked Brets move set way better than HBKs.
