Something just hit me after watching the last Raw. Why is it that Kevin Owens, the dastardly heel, is seeming genuinely worried about Dean Ambrose's possible mental instability? I think he's the only one who has ever treated Dean like he actually might be ill rather than "that dean is cuhrazy, maggle!".
Are they going to go anywhere with this? I noticed they've changed Dean's picture on the roster to a more "unhinged" version of him in a slightly wet wifebeater. Heel turn incoming?...

Well, Ambrose's gimnick is about "lunatic fringe" that do hardcore things, but in PG era he can't do a bloody match or extreme actions, for that reasons the rest of the roster must repeat again and again that he is a crazy boy, because if they doesn't say to us that, we probably could forget it.

I'm new to aikido (just graded from 8th to 7th kyu) and I'm enjoying it a lot but my sensei keeps telling me my muscles are hard
I spent the greater part of my adolescence sitting in front of a computer and have started to become more active within the last six months.
What would you guys recommend to "soften" my muscles? I've been stretching a lot and my flexibility is going up but my teachers still say my muscles are too hard despite.
Any advice?
Should note that I'm in Japan so the Japanese word for hard (he said "katai") probably means differently to the English bodybuilding-type hard muscles

Undertaker might have the best gimmick for a big man in history. As far as actual wrestling ability and working a match tho, I don't even consider him in the top 3 or 5.
Big John Studd, Giant Baba and Ernie Ladd would probably be my top 3. Honorable mention for Bam Bam Bigelow and Vader who were above average height but never billed often as giants, I still count them as some of the best big man workers of all time.

What GRAPPLING styles complement BJJ to produce a more well rounded submission grappler, both GI and NO-GI?
From what ive heard BJJ alone lacks a plethora of effective take downs, aggressive top game sub and control game & a variety of effective leg locks.
I have heard that other grappling styles add benefit to BJJ, such as:
Judo: Throws
Amateur Wrestling: Take downs, top control
Sambo: Throws, leg locks
Catch Wrestling: Aggressive top control, unorthodox submissions.
However this is based on hearsay and very limited knowledge. I would...

as a judo white belt with 6 months of experience, I have been surprised to find my takedown abilities are consistently on par with bjj brown belts, and far surpass anything below that. I sieonage blue belts like a motherfucker.
