What kind of routine do you guys follow off season if any? I want to join a local club that plays some games during summer because it's so difficult to keep playing when season's over.
If you're still in high school and serious about getting better, join an offseason team. I've been playing for years and just started coaching recently and it's impossible to develop your skills without playing in the offseason. Most importantly, keep in shape through swimming and dry-land workouts. Good luck, good to see a fellow wopo player on /asp/

I don't know of any competitive adult leagues in my area but if that's an option for you then definitely go for it. We mostly have master's water polo teams that have casual scrimmages amongst themselves.
