WWE is like economics. Much like how capitalism works, if you want a great life, there have to be poor people so you can be rich. If you want to enjoy the show, there have to be jobbers so other wrestlers look better.
That socialist idea, where everyone is a winner, helps only the people who are in favor of it (the minority). Would you really want to demote someone like John Cena just so Fandango would be cooler? Its not smart.

Because it's retarded, and WWE actually does this in the form of 50/50 booking where everybody not named Brock Lesnar or John Cena has the same amounts of wins and losses in a feud.
This itself is a problem because the best stories in professional wrestling are generally about underdogs losing constantly to a heel and finally (generally on a PPV) getting the upper hand to the loud cheers of the crowd.
