You must post ITT if this man right here is the only reason why you're watching SmackDown right now.
Its hard to tell if I like him or not.
That's the announcer for NJPW.
Pretty good, he sounds like he enjoys his job.

lance storm is back?
Am I crazy for thinking a retirement match at WM between these two is a great idea (at this point)? Obviously the actual match itself would be turtle shit....but knowing that one of these two big lugs who we've known for such a long time will finally be gone for good...that garners my interest in what so far seems to be the most uninteresting WrestleMania with no Cena, Orton, Rollins, Sting, etc.
Both men have recently had rumors of upcoming retirement (although Henry more so than Show). Why not have Henry eliminate Show in the Rumble, start a feud that way?
Not...

You're not crazy, it just lacks substance. Like it's only a good matchup because they're both big guys. It'll merit a cheap pop and a ten minute match that'll likely be forgettable.
Aw man, I would love for them to go all out against each other. Top rope bumps, Huricanranas, absolute crazy cruiserwight shit for a retirement match against two BIG GUYS. That would make it a good match.
Didn't BEEG do some relatively acrobatic moves in his early years?
>>867224
I mean, you'd imagine that Beeg would be physically capable of performing a hurricanrana, if he was paired with someone (like Henry) capable of having him on his shoulders. It'd probably be the slowest thing ever, and I don't know how well Henry would be able to bump it, but dammit I can dream.
>Beeg and Henry in a one-off (i,e. no feud) loser-retires match
>They somehow pull all of this crazy athletic shit, and tear the place apart
>Battle to the outside of the ring, smash a few tables, THESE TWO MONSTERS ARE TEARING THE PLACE APART MAGGLE!
>Realise the ref's been counting, they each start to struggle back to the ring in time.
Then
>They each stop, look at each other, and hug it out as the ref reaches 10, and the bell rings.
>IT'S A DOUBLE RETIREMENT MAGGLE!
>They take their moment in the ring, then stride off into the sunset.
Hold me bros.
Hey /asp/ies, I'm a fixed wing pilot but recently, PPGs have caught my attention. The lack of a need for a runway, the minimal regulation, and the relative freedom of ultralight class aircraft has me wanting one of these.
Are there any paragliders here? If so, any tips for a beginner? Any recommended reading?
If anyone has any motors or wings they would suggest, that would be bretty cool too. I've been looking at Blackhawk motors, but that's mostly because I see them spammed all over YouTube and Google.
I weigh about 185 so I don't...

Bump because it seems the only threads that actually have some life in them are those retarded wwe threads.
It's not a sport, it's a shitty soap opera with sweaty dudes in tights

Looks like Tamina.
Moving to japan and will be there for a while. Just want to know are japanese MMA fighters easy? A personal goal of mine is to have sex with attractive female MMA/Shooto fighters while im there.
Well judging by MMA/Shooto themed JAV, I'm pretty sure you'll somewhat be fine.
I've got a semi related question that doesn't deserve its own thread. Is there anywhere that a white westerner could study wrestling or grappling while abroad? I figured it would make traveling worthwhile. No gay jokes please, I've heard them before.

the thing is, those women are paid to fuck the ugly fat old guys in those things. fucking a western fight fan/fighter with no monetary compensation is a different story.
Welcome to the Longboarding General thread!
We'll have a Raw start, Suggestions will be appreciated.
>What the fuck is a Longboard?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Longboard_(skateboard)
Longboards are focused on speed (downhill style) and agility while standing on the board (Dancing). Some Skateboard tricks can be done on a longboard too, however it may require a tougher board, or "Flex"
Wear your fucking helmet.
>Wear your fucking helmet.
AYE!
Don't be a fucking retard. Skate with a helmet, and save yourself from becoming retarded.
Also, OP, longboards are also used for long-distance skating. Stiffer boards with bigger, softer wheels.
Just got a landyachtz switch 40 as my first ever board ever. Wat do?
I want to be like OP's picture. Wat do?
I was skated streets when I was you. Never did hill bombs on longboard. For street helmet is not really needed. With hill bombing a helmet is not optional. Going that fast is a good way to get killed.
Thought you guys would enjoy my picture

I found the greatest fight sport of all time today. It's called caged Muay Thai and it's Muay Thai with MMA gloves. Seems like all the action of MMA but without the ground action. MMA is cool but I really enjoy seeing knockouts like these. So exciting! What do you guys think? https://youtu.be/DpjONWX-Tx8
MMA is just more fun when your opponent might try a variety of grappling techniques on you, you're allowed to use a variety of grappling techniques, and you can defend against grappling techniques with a variety of techniques.

Agree. OP just doesn't know how to watch grappling and enjoy it. Lots of new-to-mma fans or casuals just don't understand it at first.
Especially since casuals tend to start watching the heavyweight fights first, which usually is the least skilled division.
Which country do you think produce the best wrestlers and why?

This could have been before takeover or after takeover. Both could be a reason why everybody isn't there yet.
What are the legitimate, semi-realistic ways to approach the Rumble without completely blundering WM?
I can't see Face Roman going over at WM being well-received, so I can ONLY see the following things being both remotely realistic and presenting decent storylines.
>Roman schemes with authority in secret because "I'm sick of fighting an uphill battle, the Rumble odds were just too great"
>wins the Rumble
>turns on his famalam
>Jhon...

if they have roman go out early then they are already giving up on him
he's gonna be in the final 4, if not 2, and it's gonna be terrible.
like why wouldn't everyone just eliminate the champ early on as a team? this makes no sense to me.
dbry is the only saving grace here
lesnar winning just means roman v lesnar again... and cena winning #16in16 is always possible
>>865118
Hopefully Roman goes out early to make for an interesting rumble.
Let's not put the belt on Lesnar though because putting the belt on a part timer weakens the belt and the roster. Also I can't be the only one who's bored of watching that literal autist squash everyone.
