What is the best country in South America? Seems like a pretty close tie between Uruguay and Argentina. Which country has the stronger economy? After so long, we basically said, "Hey England, it's been cool and all but we're going to do our own thing now". No. There's no reason to, we have social services and soup kitchens here to help them. I did some volunteer work at one and they eat better then I do.
