I'm moving to the San Diego area from texas. Im bringing my M3 and my Fiances Z. However, i've heard terrible things about the traffic and roads in socal, and i hear driving there is a headache. Also ive heard gas is super expensive, and i have a V8 so.... am i going to experience a big change, or is everyone just being dramatic? for some reason im just really anxious about living in a place everyone says is OMGSOEXPENSIVEANON with two finnicky cars. am i being dumb or is it gonna suck so much ill be trading in for a motorcycle very quickly.

You'll trade them in for a motorcycle because of the year round nice weather, no shortage of nice roads and tracks, and legal lanesplitting with a high population of motorcyclists.

i can afford it just fine, id just rather not pay for a V8 if gas is going to be 5 bucks a gallon when i could trade it in for a 911 or something and get better MPGs. nothing wrong with saving a little here and there.

We dug this out of our storage unit, it's my mom's old '81 280zx 2+2.
It hasn't been started since 2006.
This one was specced out with pretty much everything, but it was sitting out so long that the interior is all rotted, not from weather, just rotted from vinyl+foam with no sun protection. The rust on the outside isn't too bad, and the body's nice and straight. (door's cracked open in the picture.)
