For cheap-o shitboxes (which is pretty much what most of /o/ can afford) manuals are more reliable and make you believe your 120 hp shitbox is "fun".
For any decent car, a modern automatic or DCT is better.

Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7 for winter. Excellent on snow and ice, and terrible on everything else
