Not every European hates Camaro's. Most Europeans actually like muscle cars (not theat the Camaro is one, but still), or at least the idea of them - a cheap, RWD car with a big engine.

Problem is just that taxes and import fees make them expensive as hell. Chevrolet in particular is a problem as they're pulling out of Europe altogether, so goodluck getting any warranty upport or maintenance done at a dedicated Chevy dealership.

They are good for separating "enthusiasts" from their money. You can go to any exhaust shop and have a full mandrel bent exhaust of any config with any mufflers made in an hour for 200 bucks. Lot's of stock exhausts have shitty crush bends in them and poor configurations.

There's nothing special about the Fiesta that makes it better than any other FF car.

There are quite a few manufacturers in Canada who will make rally dampers for your application. It will be cheaper if you own a more popular car due to economies of scale.

It feels faster when you're going slow, so you can have more fun within the speed limit.

It's basically a modern S-chassis so if you can keep it reasonably stock and well maintained until it becomes a classic, it'll probably be a safe investment.
