Work had me move to San Francisco and only raised my wage by $5000 per year, when cost of living increased exponentially from Florida. I am going to be changing my oil tomorrow and was wondering about something. I don't have any containers that can contain the left over oil from it being changed I have a 5 quart bottle and my car takes 4.4 quarts should i put the left over oil in the container and discard it? I only payed about 18 dollars for the 5 quart but i feel like wasting that .6 quart would be wasteful, what do you guys think?

When I had a car that would take 4.5. I would take the loss and pour the old oil with the container and take it to the used oil recycler.If you want to Jew about it, pour the .6 quarts in a container and repeat 8 times for a free oil change.

Vans are bad fucking ass but if you wanted a 4x4 or a diesel or a multitude of other options they had to be custom ordered. Its way easier to buy a truck or a suburban.

I've never fucking posted here before, and I didn't even know it existed before today, I've never had an interest in cars until a month or two ago, I'm 20 years and I don't own a car nor a licence, To go to my uni and work all I need is a bus and if I was ever going to get a car it was for me to get to a and b point.
But recently I've had this odd feeling that I want to get into cars and drive them around and feel how they perform. I don't know what happened, but now I want to know how to make a car from the inside...

I know fuck all about cars, help me decide what to get /o/. I'm a college student and this will be my first car, I'm looking at things less than $3-4000 preferably. I'm going to Northern Arizona University (in Flagstaff if you want to lookup the weather) and I've seen a lot of older Grand Cherokees around town, so I'm thinking they must be popular for a reason. I just care that it'll be dependable, get decent gas mileage, and be able to handle snowy conditions. Also I know I'm going to be looking at older cars so the more repairable the interior...
