Not European, but over here Ford model T kits are pretty common, look for Ford T Bucket, they are made to become hot rods though
You can also just get a real pre war car, strip the mechanics and put the body on something more modern and reliable

A) Fiat Palio 2008, for about $5,200.00 Approx, 90,000km - 56,000 miles approx
B) Volkswagen Fox 2005, for about $3,000.00 Approx, 105,000km - 65,000 miles approx
C) Dodge Neon 2004, for about $3,000.00 Approx, 130,000km - 80,000 miles approx
D) Mazda 3 2008 Standard Transmission, for about $6,000.00 Approx, 90,000km - 56,000 miles approx
