Has anyone noticed the Ford GT LITERALLY uses a truck engine? Is this becoming a recurring theme in Ford supercars? The 05' GT used a truck engine now the 17' does too. The only difference this time is now Ford uses a turbo V6 which makes more power than most stock production N/A V8's. Now, if the competitors of the GT use forced induction V8's then the EcoBoost engine gets a significant weight advantage. It's honestly a win-win scenario for the Ford GT. The 3.5L EcoBoost engine is honestly the next God-Tier engine.

I drove a shitty automatic non turbo 1994 Eagle Talon when I was in high school and I have missed it ever since I had to sell it to be able to afford college. I have recently run into a 1997 Eagle Talon TSi AWD at a local dealership. KBB says value is around $3,200 but the dealer wants $4k.
What is the best way to approach with an offer closer to KBB price? Should I worry about the crankwalk meme? How "rare" is a 97 TSi AWD?

G37 sedan driver here. Love the car, and think it's great. But has this company lost it's way?
Nissan is very capable in performance as evidenced by GTR. It is also very tech able as it sells the most electric cars out of any company (leaf).
So why is the Q50 not better than it is? Where is the DCT? Correct me if I am wrong but the Q50 uses the same transmission from the G37. I'm in the market for another car, and have been waiting for pic related for a while but I'm not sure it will stack up with what is offered from Lexus, BMW, Benz, or Audi.
Is Acura even worse? wtf? They are using Macpherson suspension on their TLX, I think.
Is it poor management? poor marketing? Do they appeal too much to blacks?

VR30TT is the only thing keeping it alive. Expect a new transmission (not a DCT) in the next model year, maybe lifted from MB. The styling is great but you can see where they cut costs. Not having a LSD in the RWD sport model was stupid, especially with 400hp and 350tq. The dual screens are odd and the controls are all over the place. Materials could be better but its still hard to beat at that price point.
They really need to stop using the VQ in all of their vehicles, its just too old at this point.
But that engine is really really good.
