I'd have to pick the GT350 imo. Sure, it's bigger and heavier but that fucking 8250 redline and sound. Plus it's track ready and will surely be more scarce on the road.

They aren't automatic or manual, but they're definitely tragic
Yes because they receive shifting information and input from a range sensor and a computer instead of from the driver.
The flappy paddles are still computer-assisted and will up shift if the range sensor detects you are at redline so that doesn't count.

They are automatic. Every DSG has a "D" mode that shifts automatically. The GTI has like 10 billion other modes that will get used approximately 5 times in the car's life.
