Why can't American cars (specifically the Mustang) drive in a straight line without crashing?

>Europoor has never had to correct a car with a limited slip transmission and fucked up
God you really should be asking these questions
You put your right foot in
You put your right foot out
You put your left foot in
And you slide into a crowd
a semi-synthetic oil change every 5000kms
or
a full synthetic every 10000?
>>15419006
full synthetic every 10k km
>>15419045
I disagree.
I would say 2500 mile semi synth oil.changes are excessive though.
>>15419006
Do oil analysis, figure it out for yourself, shut the fuck up
Any opinions on motorized bicycles? I was thinking of buying one but have no experience in cars, motorcycles, or bikes.
I hear you get a free fedora and vape kit when you buy one.
loud, slow, dangerous nuisance
just grow up and get a real ride

I heard that your class level and number of best female friends increases as well

My vw has this fuses on top pf the battery. And one of them is for the alternator
Anyways its burning the alternator fuse like every week, and I don't know why.
I bought the car with a sound system and subs in the trunk so my only guess is the big speaker is drawing too much energy and burning the fuse
>My vw has this fuses on top pf the battery. And one of them is for the alternator
>My vw
Bigger fuse if you're brave
Alternatively
Remove subs
>>15418974
also the subs are not connected to that box there but are connected directly to the red cable on the battery and it has a fuse of its own so that makes me question if its the subs thats burning it.
ALso what are the posibble consequences of using a bigger/no fuse with direct conection? will it burn the alternator or could it fuck up the whole cars computer
>VW with electrical problems
kek, they all do
>Muh subs
Oh. Yeah that would do it. Bigger alternator or smaller subs.
Hey /o/ my local track used to have a "muffler or resonator" rule where you just needed one or the other. But recently it's changed where we need to adhere to a noise / volume level. Other local tracks follow this rule as well. My evo 8 is catless with a mid muffler catback. Performance and sound wise would it be better to get 2 small mufflers or 2 resonators at the exit? Thanks (pic not related)
>>15418759
Your local track is shit find a new one.
Post more g35's
>>15419167
Hahaha I came here to post this.
Seriously, find a less faggoty place to race. Just use side-streets at 2am you fuckin puss.
>>15419167
>>15419176
Yeah man why race at Laguna Seca when you can Dagumi into a tree in your Tiburon on a public street
When did you realize stancefags have a better life than you?
>>15418733
That fitment is pretty offensive.
Stance is life
>>15418733
Standing/sitting around in parking lots is just the definition of good times, right?
ITT: things you REFUSE to do on your car and will pay a mechanic instead
ANYTHING brake related. Fuck doing anything on brakes. I'd rather pull cylinder heads than do all four of my brakes. Suspension work like ball joints comes in at a close second.
>>15418709
cahnge brake fluid.
i cant stand the smell of the stuff.
but i dont go to a mechanic for that. i just buy my buddy some beer and he does it for me.
oil changes
Is this thread for real? Why can't you pussies handle brake fluids and oil? Shit, I usually replace my pads at the same time.
Anything wheel or fire related I can't stomach
How much extra horsepower do fog lights add?

Who makes the best Electronic Sability Control? Are most ESC's the same?
Would the stability control on a G35 be more effective than the stavility control on an IS300? Or vice versa?
the traction control in my pedo wagon is pretty nice, it seems to only come on when you press the breaks for example if I'm on ice and I'm trying to turn right but I'm going too fast I can just lock up the brakes and it will only lock up the brakes on the right side thus letting me take irrationally fast, tight turns in conditions that warrant less reckless behaviour.
Damn /o/ is weird during the day
Would a 2006 Saturn Vue (FWD, manual transmission, 2.2L 4-cyl) for $3900 be a good deal?
>>15418177
Has 84k miles and clean title, btw

Bump

It looks like an RC car that the toy manufacturer has just made up to avoid any licensing issues
How does someone who currently knows fuckall about cars become a mechanic?

I think the BRZ is awful to live with, please explain the hype behind this car
Because it's the perfect storm of a car
It's RWD, relatively cheap, and has a decent base for sikk modz
It also has the "japanese" factor, in which parents think it's a reliable car, because >japanese and it's got the JDM cred for the kiddos like TJ Hunt
I sat in one the other day and I was fairly unimpressed. You have zero visibility, cabin is cramped, and in general to get a car that isn't a base POS you have to put down a lot of change. But, I haven't driven it, so I won't make any handling claims, but apparently...
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
....despite being a slow piece of shit I really think they look cool though
>>15418510
>200 hp
I'm thinking about installing these in my car, but I wanted to know if anyone else has ever tried them and if anybody has any recommendations. I also want to add underglow to the car and could use recommendations for that as well.

Tell me about SVT Focuses. I see them listed on CL for far above bluebook value, like higher than GTIs and similar cars.
Are they worth money or are the sellers retards? Are they good cars?
>>15417217
>Are they worth money or are the sellers retards?
I'm going to guess it's the latter. They're nice cars to drive, don't get me wrong, but at the end of the day it's just a Focus.
>>15417268
That's absurd logic
>>15417217
>Are they worth money or are the sellers retards?
a little of column A, a little of column B
