Why can't they just try to make a new identity for themselves?
Regardless of the overall quality of their cars, for years they've been impersonating the more prestigious brands in styling and badging for years. Kia/Hyundai makes decent cars in their own right, but they'll never shake the stigma of an imitation knockoff brand without venturing into their own space.
I get the impression that there a engineers and designers that genuinely have some form of talent and inspiration, but it seems like the head executives keep telling them "make it more like x brand" in an attempt to capture a market that really has no interest in products coming from Korea.
They should just accept what their brands, and subsequently their cars, really are and make something that reflects that.

When I was buying my car, a GMC dealer had two Cobalt coupes on a really good sale. One was autotragic and stock. One was manual and riced, but in a really obnoxious way. My mom just bought a 2015 320i with all the options coming out to 44k out the door. I Dont see how on earth this is a 44k car. It is slow, interior is nothing special. If i were to guess I would say it is 20k car. Same features as a bloody camry.

Most German luxury brands will always cost more because "muh german engineering" and because german automakers like BMW know people will buy anything with their badge on it so might-as-well milk your customers as much as you can get away with.
So I get that most people hate these Ferraris because they don't look as 'clean' as some other models like the F40, but is there anything actually bad about them?

i understand why some people hated the F50 because from what i heard the engine pounded against your back like a washing machine and some complained it looked ugly (compared to the F40 at least)
I haven't driven an Enzo but I have driven the F40 and F50, I like the F50 more, N/A, nicely finished but basic, and it's much easier to work on
Enzo is kind of odd looking, but I love it because Project Gotham Racing 2 was my childhood and the racing game perfected.
F50 is just ugly.
