Get one of these for your shifter.
The first thing to do is figure out what buttons and knobs do you want to convert to switches like rocker switches. Your going to want a HUD readout on the windscreen. Jet fighters are not for muh comfy so remove all of your weight adding interior like seats ect. The ignition should require at least three different switches to operate. If its not for function but is adding weight then remove it. I guess you can keep the powersteering and call it "nose wheel steering." Trees are death so the road is the sky - your going to want a firm suspension setup. You'll need light weight wheels and lots of carbon fiber because you want a nimble bird. You'll need controllable lights that you can move around like on those old police cruisers. You'll need to change the normal cockpit light to something that will illuminate green but is not ad direct of a light as normal cockpit lighting for cars. You will need lots of power. I'm thinking a super charger AND a large turbo for muh "I'm fast - and I got afterburners" feel. You'll want an extra fuel tank in the trunk that is easily disconnect-able and removable. You will need the manhood to shut down boy childs from asking to drive your car cause they will be mirin it all day. You'll need life insurance and a pair of aviators.
