Here's an idea. Certain parts of the internet have their own "dialects."

>"B"
Probably, but who the fuck cares? This guy should pull his dick out of his ass and kill himself already.
I've noticed that redditors structure their sentences with a lot of commas (presumably representing pauses) as if they're making a particularly humorous or poignant point.
Can we please just ban "censored"?
It is pretty obvious that it's not /v/ that uses it, but GamerGate. And GamerGate is BANNED on 4chan
As if it isn't bad enough that there are constant "Muh SJWS!!!!" threads, we could at least just get rid of all these pointless threads/posts
I don't go to /v/ but I'd rather we didn't censor discussion about censorship. It's not okay that Nintendo did this and they should not be allowed to forget.
OP is a SJW tumblrite. Don't listen to him.
>>444264
But there's a huge difference
It's just the whole "gaming culture" and "video games" excuse people use to make threads about Anita or Zoe or anyone else that was completely irrelevant until /v/ blew them up
This isn't creating any kind of meaningful discussion. It's just a bunch of low quality posts that the equivalent of saying nigger
"FOUND THE SJW"
"BACK TO GAWKER" (or whatever it was, had to google it)
/v/ is already bad, we could...

>go to /r9k/
>tons of people discussing anime
What is up with the meme that anime isn't popular on this site? Even on non-anime boards, there are always a bunch of anime posters. Anime posts are easily the thing you will see most consistently all throughout this site. I think some people on /qa/ just feel really insecure when they see an anime girl and try to complain the situation is different from what it is.
>>449398
>go to /r9k/
don't do that
>>449402
To be fair it was for the first time in quite a while, for research purposes. I'm just pointing out how full of shit the anti-anime people on this board are, since they straight up lie about what's going on in other boards, just to paint things in their favor.
>>449398
I just went to /r9k/ and nobody is discussing anime.
What do boards refer to themselves as? I've always been curious if each board has a name for their userbase or if it's only a few boards that do this.
Ex:
/a/non
/b/tard
/c/itizen
/k/ommando
/mu/tant or /mu/sician
/x/phile
fa/tg/uy
/v/irgin
/pol/ack
etc.
Do seagull and robot count for /cgl/ and /r9k/ even though they break the pattern?
>>445831
We call ourselves /diy/kes or /diy/nosaurs.
>>445831
At [s4s] we call ourselves [s4s]quatches.
>>445831
fa/tv/irgins
If you're bored or don't know what to do, why not answer this survey? This board is called /qa/ after all. I'm aiming for longer answers, so please consider taking your time.
1. When and how did you first find 4chan? What did you think of it at first?
2. What are your homeboards? And what do you like/dislike about them?
3. If you could change one thing about this site, what would it be?
4. Do you regularly use the sage feature? Do you report posts?
5. Do you prefer lurking or posting? Do you regularly start threads?

This is long but I'll give it a shot.

I was fucking around in the summer after I graduated from high school in 2008, and I started getting into the memes at the time. Eventually the road led me to /b/, which led me to the other boards.
>2.
My homeboards are /a/ and /int/. I don't really have much I dislike about them. /a/ and /int/ are different cultures entirely. I use /int/ to relax and banter and /a/ more for serious...

/cel/. /tv/ needs a place where they can post that shit, even if it's a circlejerk. Would help clear up reviewer threads, too. I would have said /wsr/ in the past but that's taken care of.
>10.
The mods do their best. I trust that they know what they're doing. The site isn't swamped with spam and is still a great place to hang out. They do what they must, and when a problem pops up, they try to fix it. I would...

1. December 2005, a thread on NG. I found weird this kind of forum.
2. Currently, /mlp/. EQG, of course.
3. Ban cancer, turn this into a secret club again.
4. Yes. No.
5. Both. No.
6. About 9k-10k. Yeah, in both ways.
7. Well, he had enough as an admin, I guess.
8. /a/ thinks they rule this site, which is not true. /b/ is a newfag containment board, totally unusable since 2011. I don't browse /v/, but it seems like it turned into a shit filled with redditors in 2014, thanks to GG. I think [s4s] forces memes too much. I also don't browse /pol/.

This topic was brought up a while back and iirc there wasn't any official response on it so here we go again.
Greentexts on /rwbyg/ are getting flash-deleted by janitors, either by their own motives or someone who reports them. They're not off topic, and yet they're deleted and people are banned for this reason.
It's not OC related, most of it is smut, and it's very clearly a minority doing this. It'd be nice to get some clarification or action on this.
>>450814
>4chan actually has people who write erotic greentext fan-fiction
Really, what are these people doing here? Why do they imagine this trash is welcome?
There's some serious Sonic the Hedgehog shit around these days.
>>450814
>smut is deleted
Gee, I wonder why.
Fuck off, retard.
>>/v/328356751
Some guy on /v/ tried to post an image only to be met with this.
>what is inspect element
I guarantee its fake
>>449832
It was tested by several people, and it's real.
>>449832
>my face when
Why /o/ of all places? There's no honor in this
It's already too late. They already slid every other thread off the board. If they banned every IP that posted there wouldn't be any threads on /o/ left.
So I remember some time ago, some /vp/ fags started to use this board to warn about the rampant shitpost that was going on there, and for what I heard at the time it actually worked.
But recently it's getting really bad again for what I saw, with constant bait threads with bait pics like >>25215662 that go against the board rules besides. Also the fact that those threads about genwars are now posted daily and constantly, including some that are posted on /v/ too, on the same way and with the same posts sometimes.
It's...

Welp, I see it was deleted, so thanks MOD I guess. Just wanna point out through that they are getting daily lately, like the goodra threads used to, except sometime he starts halfway through a thread. I'm not sure if he picks random threads or if he starts himself with another subject so people won't notice until they read inside of it.
>>442769
Why does your board have a Gardevoir general?
Is that even allowed?
>>442796
Damn, there's a Gardevoir general? I'm gonna start going there.
The answer is probably because Gardevoir is amazing. Whoever came up with that idea has fine taste and the mods have fine taste too for allowing it.
when are mods going to do something about the constant undertale threads?
They have been doing something, speaking from personal experience. I think they delete legitimate ones but leave the more controversial ones up on purpose to try and make people hate Undertale more.
I think an Undertale board would be nice.
Also I just went to /v/ right now and there's not even a single Undertale thread in the catalog so go fuck yourself.
>>443312
>I think they delete legitimate ones but leave the more controversial ones up on purpose to try and make people hate Undertale more.
that's really dumb, I wish they'd just delete them all, undertale wasn't anything special and I honestly don't get the hype.
>I think an Undertale board would be nice.
it would serve as containment of the highest degree and would create a brony equivalent for undertale, I think mods should just do...

WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!?
describe the picure OP.
>>449876
Images getting banned based on hash. Mods are in full damage control mode and deleting any mention of this.
ITT images you never see accompanied by a good post
Hard mode: no ponies or steven unirverse or any of that shit.
Images of black people
This shit right here
This motherfucking image and anything else that focuses on salt.
It's the meme imageboard's version of "u mad bro" and only retarded cunts with zero arguing skills use this.
Is it true that this faggot is coming tomorrow?

How did you find that out?
He already came to talk about mandrama on /asp/

kek, sorry OP, but no thanks
board idea is actually good though
>4chan isn't that bad right now
>it's been worse in the past
Do people actually believe this shit?
I believe that it's a lot better than it has been thanks to 1) some good boards being created and 2) the mods finally banning for reddit boogeyman shitposting, but I wouldn't go so far as to make the claim that it's good.
>>447513
What's so bad about it right now?
>>447550
it's reddit and you'd notice if you weren't a post-2013 cancerous faggot
