They have been doing something, speaking from personal experience. I think they delete legitimate ones but leave the more controversial ones up on purpose to try and make people hate Undertale more.
I think an Undertale board would be nice.

nothing inherently, most of the undertale fan art comes from tumblr though, so I personally don't like it.
