The problem isn't being a crossboarder, it's bringing things that belong on other boards into the board you're crossing. For example: spongebob is accepted in /v/ but not accepted on /a/. If you post spongebob in /a/, someone may say "go back to /v/ you filthy crossboarder".
Personally, I don't mind crossboarders, especially since I am one myself. I just use it as an excuse to shitpost.

Let's face it, the mods are spread far too thin and they just aren't doing their jobs well enough, such as taking care of reported shitposting and off topic threads. So why not start hiring board volunteers? These people, who are hires directly from their home board, would be able to work with the mods to relieve the workload for them. Of course the mods would still be their bosses, but allowing them the power to delete off topic threads would be a godsend for 4chan.

We cannot simply rely on mods to swoop in and delete off topic threads, something Janitors cannot do.
If things are going to get better, this is by far the best possible option that will benefit both sides.
Now I am all for having Janitors around as well. However things will be like a totem poll system.
