I'd like to ask for clarification on global rule #13 in regards to /b/ drawthreads. This rule as listed as being enforced on /b/ under board specific rule #2. These threads run nearly 24/7 and can be found here: https://boards.4chan.org/b/#s=draw
These threads are inhabited by a large group of people who post the same (low effort) avatars constantly and break the forced anon aspect of the board. They have a big Skype group they bring into the threads, blog about their day, post the occasional real life...

You're reasoning is sound, the question is whether anything will, or can, be done against it.
Mods need to use their "this thread has been moved to >>>/trash/" magic. Avatarfags are no stranger to ban evasion, and this gives them a way to continue their threads without pissing off everyone on /b/ and the constant need for VPNs. For the furries too. Also, tripcodes and names should be enabled on /trash/ to encourage NameSync fags to fuck off there.

I have a board request that could be interesting, it would be called "Wildcard board" basically, the board would feature a different theme, the theme would be changed daily or weekly, and the posts should be related to the theme in hand, I think that would make up interesting topics and conversations.
This already existed as /z/ at one point prior to being bees, as far as I'm aware. Soviet Russia kept the same board concept alive for years before it died.
