I'd like the ability to write a little text essay next to my report on why it's reported. Like say I wanna, just for example, report a crypto brony. Or maybe I want to report some subtle gamergate reference on /v/ (like with the recent nintendo Five Fun Guys reference they put in paper mario), or if I want to say they're avatar fagging, like you suggested, OP. I could include links to other posts in my report, for instance.
It would be nice. I think it would help the mods out a lot too. Best of all, mods could see reports that have text in them like "BAN THIS FUCKING FAGGOT" and then throw those kinds of reports, and the users who made them, in the trash.

Why can't we report for specific rules being broken? It would clean up a lot of the drama surrounding bans. Right now you can report a post for something but if it's not clear, it takes times from janitors and mods to figure out why something was posted until they get the full context immediately.
Think about some of the benefits:
