I remember constantly getting rekt in the past (5+ years ago) because my isp has hostnames looking like proxies. Nowadays rangebans are much shorter and more specific (per-board) and are mostly there to prevent massive spam.

Then you went ahead and ruined /d/ and killed its userbase. Then you fail to moderate /v/ and now its an unusable cesspool of underage faggots, and the only time you actually bother to moderate is to delete threads you don't like or ban people shitting on Nintendo. You have a mod named swaglord running around with his personal army trying to raid /qa/ and derail threads. Then you have clear biases towards certain boards and just refuse outright to moderate others. Face it mods, you have fucked up so many times already the userbase that once actually liked you is sick of you.
But its not all your fault. We have underage shitposters who don't use the report feature enough, meaning no one is reporting the shitposts. But even so, threads that have been reported that clearly violate the rules and have illegal content in it don't' get delete fast enough. In fact I've seen threads with porn in them on blue boards that don't get deleted at all, like on /v/ and /tv/ for instance. I get it, maybe there isn't enough of you to go around thanks to global moderation and shit, and maybe you do need more help moderating the boards.
But lets face it, you have not been interacting with the userbase trying to at least fix the site and make improvements with Hiro and us. You constantly ignore us, you don't even bother with the feedback feature, and you seem to live in your own world separate from 4chan. This isn't SA anymore, you are not goon mods despite some of you coming from SA.
The point is, the userbase wants to actually legit talk to you, but YOU must understand why people are pissed off at you right now. If you continue to keep up the way you have been moderating all of last year and after GamerGate, people will leave this site more and more, and people will continue to hate you. We are asking, as users, for more dialogue from you. We want open channels. We want you to do your jobs and talk with the userbase. Understand how we feel about the shitposting from Reddit invaders and the onslaught of underage faggots thinking 4chan is for funposting.
