At what point does /pol/ stop being "shitposting" and start being a legitimate perspective?
It's hard to say, isn't it? I rarely ever go there, but tonight my upstairs neighbors, who happen to African-American, have been playing very loud music for hours, and to vent my frustration I posted a thread on /pol/ about how the world would be better if the South had won the Civil War. Do I actually think that? Not really. But it was a good way to blow off steam.

I think you're on to something, OP. This sounds like just the thing 4chan needs!
I'm sure it would be abused to all hell, but it would be funny if any post with the word reddit in it was entirely replaced by a screenshot of a random page from that site.
Please remove the ban on Western fetish art in /d/. It has severely damaged the community for the sake of a very vocal minority.
/d/'s mod is out of control, and constantly delete things he doesn't like personally. The "No Western" rule was a relic from /d/'s split from /h/, and had gone unenforced at the community's behest for almost ten years.
Here's a thread from when the mod originally split the board back in October. Notice how the vast majority of posters are upset by this change:

On /d/, you had lots of niche fetish threads that used western and eastern art equally, because many fetishes are super specific and don't have a lot of art in general.
Western art was always permitted, even though the mods occasionally went nuts and deleted it. Eventually they added a rule against it, and people got mad (because no one wanted that rule except them) and kept posting it, so the mods stopped enforcing it.

And the dickgirl thing is that futa gets spammed in half the threads on /d/. The catalog is full of futa threads that get one post every week or so, and has incredibly specific subjects like "futa not doing anything" and "politically incorrect futa," just to keep the catalog full.
Many threads specify that they don't want futa posted in their thread, and most end up getting spammed with futa. /d/'s reputation as a futa board is something that's only existed for a few years, as older users were chased off by spam.
