I don't usually main /ic/ but I'd like a response or at least a clarification from mods or someone.
There's been a huge amount of shit-flinging recently after a bunch of images containing either loli, shota, or furry content were deleted from /ic/'s porn thread.
So is it completely against the rules to draw loli and have it critiqued on /ic/? If so, where can such artists ask for critique?
Thanks.
Not a mod, but pedo, and furry shit is consistently against the rules, because of the combination of party van, and unmanagable internet bitchfests that both of those attract.
Moderation as always, is inconsistent, so it's not surprising if a borderline underage or dozen pictures pass by with nobody noticing, especially if they're not accompanied by fighting, or say, big pink letters announcing their pedoness.

Then why allow politics at all?
>make a post
>realize how competely wrong and stupid it was
>hide the thread so I can't see other anons making fun of me
>>473666
You can delete it after one minute you know, dumb frogposter.
>>473668
Then they'll make fun of me even more.
>>473670
But you are anonymous, silly, they don't know who you are!
Can we start permabanning tripfags who show consistently low quality posts already? It's technically a violation of the rules.
>>473643
Maybe.
>>473643
I'm more for either:
1. Banning a trip and not the ip(s)
or
2. Just forcing full anonymous except for an optional trip for OP or maybe for certain boards like /o/
Still, I think we need to cut the wheat from the chaff and bring back .js spam to clear the newfags.
only if anons who show consistently low quality posts get permabanned as well.
Why isn’t there a link to /news/ on on the 4chan home page and why can’t I see the group in catalog view?
>>473579
I like your picture Anon
>>473590
Ahh, there it is! Thanks, I must have overlooked it due to the "current" in front of it.
>tfw you will one day be out of touch with the memes
>>473531
imagine the handful of /b/tards who have gone to jail for various pranks over the years and what they find on there when they get out.
I am already out of touch with the memes of today's world.
By the way, who do you happen to be quoting?
I already don't know what the fuck this one is:

I will never understand how everyone would that awkward to use and tiny symbols startmenu over the new one introduced in windows 8. It allows for so much better customisation and faster access to what you want.
I keep getting "the connection was reset" on 4chan and a few other sites, what the fuck is going on? How do I fix it? I've tried a bunch of shit that the Firefox forums suggested and nothing is working.
Your connection (or something between you and 4chan) is shit and/or saturated.
>>473245
How do I fix it though? Usually my connection is fine. I don't want to jinx it but after I restarted the computer it seemed to start working again, then broke again, then not long after it started working again for real and I haven't had the error for a few hours. So I'm not sure what that was.
Bronies and furfags are raiding /v/ like mad
Could mods please do something about it?

QUEEEER
Should pictures be allowed on news?
Why?
http://strawpoll.me/7139471
no, it's a text board. if you want to post images with your news, go to /pol/.
>>472809
No. It's basically the entire point of /news/.
Just look at this shit:

BAN NON-POLITICAL NEWS FROM /pol/.
It will make /news/ more popular because people will have to go to /news/ for their non-political news.
>>472770
>NON-POLITICAL NEWS
How do you define that?
>>473455
1. everine duplicates requireth checkling
2. perhaps what might quality is news not involving the various political machinations and such, the governmental processes of the nations of the world
>>472770
Eh it's a fair idea but I think mods would be too lazy to enforce it. It would help /news/ but it might cause /news/-/pol/ intra-board relations to take a nosedive which might lead to an excuse for mischief.
Plus I'm not sure /pol/ really cares all that much if a little bit of non-political news makes it there. >>>/pol/rules/1 still says "Current events" are on topic there.
Can someone remind me why if I kick an large object it suffers from the impact, but when I kick a very small object it just moves?
>>472764
Both are the same physical concept. The large object has more mass to resist your kick combined with the gravity.
e=m*c2
>>472764
This is a pretty great question, Anon. An in depth answer is really complex!
Firstly, the two seperate objects might not be made out of the same things. There's probably more empty space inside the larger object. For example, if you have two balloons that are different sizes, the thickness of the membrane that's holding the air inside is the same, which means that the larger balloon is more air and less membrane. So if you kick the smaller balloon, there's more membrane, and it goes flying, but...

You are welcome to post /tv/ related news on >>>/news/ you know as long as you have a valid news source in the OP post.

But discussing movies and tv shows without pictures is almost pointless, we're not living in 1996 still
