so something that could be a point of discussion
how exactly did fedoras and image macros of dudes wearing fedoras become one of the go to "you sound like a moron" reaction images?
Additionally should something be done to reduce to reduce their usage since in most cases their simply used as a means to say "I disagree with you"
>>475628
The bible belt in America got internet access so in typical religious fashion they set out to demonise teenagers who were both talking shit about their religion and appear goofy enough to be easy targets of creating a pastiche out of.
Then stupid teenagers thought it was some sort of cool meme and in puberty driven confusion ended up forcing themselves to be the butt of a joke for millions of braindead Burgerstani chirstfags.
>Additionally should something be done to reduce to reduce their usage since in most cases their simply used as a means to say "I disagree with you"
The cat is out of the bag now, anon.
>>475628
i honestly thought it was a reddit meme, from /r/atheism I think.
I once made a post that got three fedora images as replies... why did that actually hurt?
Why is there no post filtering on mobile? I just want to be able to filter out namefags and tripfags so I don't have to deal with their shitposting, and I also want to filter out retarded meme words like cuck and bix nood
Also add more 4chan themes to mobile, maybe even make a dedicated first party 4chan app
Thanks in advance
>>475565
How about instead we ban all mobileposters and spamfilter image.jpg ?
>>475568
How about you suck my cock?
>>475565
Have you considered using the unofficial 4chan browser for android developed by /g/ or an apple browser for 4chan?
>>474596
Complaining about mods.
>/pol/ is ruining everything
My favorite meme so far from both the /q/ and /qa/ era.
PATTON
Medicine board when?
That's a big redpill
>>473972
That's a watermelon, you fucking idiot.
>>474003
No, it's a redpill
Is this the slowest board on the entire site?
>>473479
Replace /ic/ with /i/. /ic/ has a post every minute and a half. /i/ has a post every 15 minutes.
/po/ has a post every 42 minutes. It's definitely the slowest.
>>475214
noted for future reference. thanks statAnon.
Why is /sci/ so bluepilled about most things, especially race?
Seriously something needs to be done about the amount of sjw cucks on that board
>>473330
Allow me to translate your /pol/ speak to English for the benefit of everyone else:
>Why is /sci/ not full of radical right wing extremists and reactionaries like /pol/ is?
>Seriously, I'd force them to conform to my personal political beliefs if I could
>>473341
No need, expecting /pol/ to understand rational systems is like expecting a brick to understand html. Sage/hide troll thread etc
>>473341
Why hello there, sjw
I see you're still using the /pol/ boogeyman
Can we ban any user claiming to be female on /r9k/? It's becoming even shittier with half the threads getting derailed. Faggots include "I'm a girl btw," or "girl here," arbitrarily and the whole thread gets fucked. The "fembot feels" threads, which have been 24/7 for months now, are basically eternal bait and attention whore threads. At least start moving them to /soc/ or something so they can attention whore there instead.
Better idea
Remove /r9k/
>>473112
We can at least try to fix it before unleashing hordes of autists onto other boards.
>stop attention whores
>move gayfag/trap/steam threads to /lgbt/ where they belong
>ban /s4s/ dank meme spam
Those are the main spam threads. The worst is the dank memes constantly being spammed, which attracts shit tons of reddit kids.

>>>/jp/14965997
Can we please stop doing this? Moving Type-Moon threads from /a/ to /jp/ when they're started with a screenshot from a VN?
I know VNs are technically more /jp/ territory than /a/ territory, but by Type-Moon's very nature any discussion is going to involve anime, manga, light novels, visual novels, and video games. It simply doesn't fit properly within any one board's domain.
And that's even before the cultural differences between the boards that it finds homes on.
It creates a lot more problems than it solves.
>>475551
And yet, we still have fucktons of generals on /a/.
Great to see mods are doing their work.
>>475551
VNs belong on /jp/.
Deal with it you fucking /a/utist. If you want to keep discussing the thread, use the fucking thread.
You're allowed to use more than one board.
>>475558
But it's not just a VN. It's VNs, LNs, several anime and manga series (both adaptations and original works), and a bunch of video games that are all closely related to one another. It's damn near impossible to talk about one without touching on something else.
/pol/ has an infestation of people copy&pasting the same thread multiple times a day knowing that it will go for at least 100 posts before it 404s and they can post it again.
While it's good that they copy and paste the exact same thread and picture so that you can easily recognize and ignore specific users, lots of people end up responding to the OP before he makes a new thread and claims that no one responded to him. People will continuously feed these posters hundreds of replies a day and the only defense is to post roll images or shocking pics/webms to derail the thread.
There should be some system to prevent people from making the exact same thread/post within a certain amount of time, or put this restriction exclusively on Canadians since they're the only ones who do it. With 4chan X you can filter all Canadian posts but occasionally it will cause you to miss non-troll threads created by the few Canadians who do more than just shitpost. I've wasted too much of my time stalking these posters and calling them out whenever they make a new thread, I'd rather just prevent them from it entirely because they get the exact same responses every time.
>>475299
Not generals, those are fine. I'm talking about the threads where the OP posts a fake or misleading image with a copy&pasted body or just an "X BTFO" or "well /pol/?"
It will get debunked and refuted in depth and the OP will abandon the thread and make a new one a few hours later. It's pretty common for them to post a YouTube link every time to get clicks. The annoying part is when the thread becomes so common that people just copy&paste the same responses or just a screencap of the duplicates of that thread from the past few days, and the OP's response is "wow you can't respond so you have to accuse me of trolling" and when a new refutation or debunk is posted in response to that, they just throw out SJW buzzwords and leave the thread.
They get especially venomous when you point out their flag because they are aware that it spoils their mission. They are immunized against all dangers. One may call him a cuck, an SJW, a spammer, it all runs off him like water off a raincoat. But call him A FUCKING LEAF and you will be astonished at how he recoils, how injured he is, how he suddenly shrinks back: "I've been found out."
Not even that works because they're starting to use proxies so that you can't tell they're Canadian unless you recognize the exact post and image.

>Well, this is awkward...
Hello,
First of all I would like to thank the community and the staff here at 4chan.
I made this thread to propose the creation of a new board: /spi/ - spirituality and religion.
Personnally, I would love to have a board purposed to the sharing and discussion of spiritual practices, beleifs and religions. I hope others feel the same way.
I know we already have /pol/ where discussions regarding religious phenomeons are tolerated, but it is usually in the perspective of political phenomenons, not spiritual experience. There is also /x/ which tolerates discussions regarding spirituality, but this board has its own culture and is more dedicated to paranormal studies.
I think that I speak for many when I say that spirituality is not a paranormal phenomenon, it is an accumulation of personnal experiences which may or may not lead to personnal beleifs.
A board dedicated to spirituality and religions would be a great place to come together and share experiences and love, and to introduce our own practices and/or religious beleifs to the world.
Since 4chan has grown to be a quite large community, I also think it is important that this community is allowed to define its own spiritual identity, and, I beleive, it would be for the best and help people come together and find friendship and knowledge through sharing.
I hope the community and the staff agrees with me and I wish you all, a very nice day.
I forgot to add that the board could be used for the sharing and interpretation of scriptures from the different religions.
>>475137
This has been requested every so often for the last few years, at least going back to /q/ times. I think many people are afraid that it would be too controversial and cause a holy war.
>>475142
>I think many people are afraid that it would be too controversial and cause a holy war
I hope that it could be used, not as a ground to oppose different point of views, but rather, to find a common ground.
"Spirituality" is an open term, it does not exclude certain beleifs or practices.
I beleive that many anons woud like to share their experiences and practices, and, try to see in what way others' practices and experiences are complementary to their own, rather than opposed to them.
In addition, I think that for such a big forum as 4chan, of which many users are now reaching their late 20s or 30s, it is only natural that a place is made for such discussion. Many people will develop a spirituality of their own through their lifetime, it would only be natural that it is reflected here.
Don't you think?
Why is /v/ so rabid?
>>475051
Because it's a video game forum.
>>475051
>8gag
>9gag
>newfags
>anyone else from a video game forum
There's not enough mods to moderate that place
Full of newfags that think being a rabid shit-stain is the 4chan norm.
That and it's full of faggots that pretend to be retarded to get replies as well as legitimate retards.

Do you think Undertale belongs on /jp/?
What the ever-loving fuck is the meaning of this shit? I made one INNOCENT LITTLE POST, and the /co/mblr feminazis go full Jihad on my ass. Why is this allowed? Check the FUCKING ARCHIVES and you will see this post is entirely on-topic. Just because you're a bitch who can't handle any sort of criticism, doesn't mean you should ban me for it (let alone FUCKING PERMABANNING ME).
This is why /co/mblr should be nuked out of existence. It's too far gone, the place has become infested with tumblrites and redditors alike. For fuck's sake, it's one of the few boards where women outnumber the men. That's just fucking awful. As much as people like to bitch about /tv/ or /v/, at least they still have that 4chan spirit. /co/ is this site's equivalent to Sweden: utterly fucked and refuse to be red-pilled out of their degeneracy.
>>474360
You're right but for the wrong reason.
Instead of getting banned for >>>/co/rules/1 you should have been banned for >>>/global/rules/3 for it being flamebait.
The mods are NOTORIOUSLY bad at picking the correct reason to ban. I've intentionally broken rules in an attempt to get banned yet when I get banned it's always for the wrong rule. You deserved the ban for that "/co/mblr" nonsense and it was an all around shitty post. But the reason they give is "off topic"???? What the FUCK?
Also, what's up with your IP being cuck.
