What boards don't like anime?
I know /tv/ and /lit/ are not very fond of it for example.
/lit/ seems fine with anime in my experience. If you post an anime picture they won't derail the discussion because of it. They only get mad if you make an anime troll thread, and everyone gets mad at troll threads everywhere so that's no surprise.
Real talk, I'm pretty sure boards don't collectively agree upon disliking something like anime. For example, a lot of people will say how /v/ these days is filled with tards hating anime and japanese related stuff, but /v/ clearly has threads about japanese media still and you'll find people posting anime-related images in those threads and elsewhere.
Best answer is you have different boards with different people with different interests.

Everyone who has been on this board before 2008 is aware of the rampant cancer that is currently infesting 4chan and all of the entry level boards like /a/, /v/, /pol/, /co/, and /fit/.
Your average page 0 on /a/ is almost always 49% porn, moe, waifu faggotry (basically just porn.) and 50% cancer, battle shonen threads, entry level moe threads, bad trolling attempts, failed doubles etc. There is about 1% manga threads on page 0 each day, and 99.9% of the times it is either entry level (Berserk) or cancer (HxH, Bleach, One Piece).
All of the oldfags who watched good anime like Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, Trigun, LoGH (before it became meme cancer), Nakamura works, Kon works, Evangelion (before it became meme cancer) have moved on from this board to /r9k/ or other oldfag boards. What's left is a constant barrage of cancerous newfags and their participation in memethreads like SnK and JoJo generals.
Further proof of the cancer is easy to find. /a/ is the NUMBER 1 board where anons post using the noun "/a/" in some random generalization, even more so than /v/. You can't even say you haven't seen "what does /a/ think of this" "why does /a/ hate this" in the last 24 hours.
The answer is newfags. It's time for chemotherapy. What I propose to moot and the moderators through this post is a simple solution to this rampant cancer. First, split /a/ into two parts, one for newfag cancer and one for oldfags. The newfag cancer board is permitted to have memethreads like moe, porno, battle shonens, monogatari, madoka, etc. The oldfag thread will only discuss good anime and manga, at a precise 50/50 ratio. Any participant of /newa/ will be ID tagged by the 4chan system, and will be permanantly banned if they ever attempt to visit /olda/ without first completing a 10 Question Test on Ghost in the Shell philosophy. If they fail, they will be redirected to /newa/ and permanantly banned from /olda/.
