A self-named ex-worker said that the company was shit and that you shouldnt support the kickstarter, he was just a random tripfag but enough to start a small amount of shitposting.

What this means is that when the janitorial queue gets full of reports from /pol/ that a mod has to stop what they were doing on their home board and come to /pol/ to dispense banhammer justice. So if that is the case there is a serious need to implement a script to help ease the workload.
Because there is a clear pattern to the threads being posted, an automated anti-spam measurement will be easy to create.
How this will work is when it runs it checks images, keywords, sentences and overall structuring and compare it with previous threads that have been manually reported. Then it will start to "learn" what threads to delete and do it quickly. There will be no need for moderation unless it runs wild.
IQ does not pertain to science or math, and it usually results in race-baiting.
If janitors could ban these posters for more than 3 days, it'd be great.

/int/ seems like an obvious candidate but doesn't clearly have a topic to begin with, "international" really makes it a worksafe /b/ where people also can talk in other languages. I mean it used to be more of people asking about each others' countries, maybe even learning things etc which is cool. But the board is a lot of closed-off chatrooms and imported /pol/ or /tv/ memes these days.

I was excited to see that /qst/ was opened as I never cared about them and they occupied a lot of space on the board. Now there continue to be new quest threads starting on /tg/ all the time, even though /qst/ is over a month old. Why?

For the rest of your question, because qst is garbage and there are no players there. Quests are tg themed, and attract tg posters to play and enjoy them. It would make no sense for them to run in a place that has no players that enjoy the kind of quest they want to make.
The only quests that moved to or have started on qst for the most part are quests that were either from a non-tg board to begin with, or are otherwise not really tg themed, such as short and silly draw quests, shitty anime quests about waifu bait, and other such garbage. It's actually attracted some people from off site, such as tgchan, all of which don't get much interest from tg posters.
Why can't we have /film/ back?
/tv/ is essentially where /v/ and Reddit tourists come to shitpost and any decent thread is killed by cuckspamming.
