There are some stupid people out there
Reminds me of something I saw at a bar where I went to school.
>shitty looking 90s accord on bigger wheels
>rear tires fatter than fronts
>has large American flag flying from a pole welded to the body
>open hood
>fucking LS1
Unfortunately, no pics because my phone was broken at the time.. So all /o/ has is my word. I assure you, it was real, and it was beautiful.
What do you think of this car? I have nothing to do and money to waste so I was thinking about getting a small cheap car for when I just have to fuck around in the city. Today I've test driven it but unfortunately they only let me fuck around in it for about 20 minutes so I couldn't really test anything. I couldn't even test all the multimedia shit since they were sold out of the high end multimedia shit model and they only had one with the regular multimedia shit, except it didn't even work because apparently it was disconnected since that was only a "display"...

i think its ugly but probably worth the money.
>>13983868
It does look ugly in pictures but ever since I've seen it up close I think it looks better than most other cars of this size. The only car that looks better imo is the Opel ADAM, but that one is a bit expensive new.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/6316522/Fast-cars-boost-mens-testosterone-levels-research.html
Researchers from the Concordia University in Montreal recruited 39 young men for their study.
Each one got to drive a £75,000 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet for one hour, followed by an hour in a 16-year-old Toyota Camry, a family car.
Tests on saliva samples showed a significant increase in testosterone while drivers were...

I see those PHDs and tax dollars are getting put to good use.
so do i wet sand and wax after my clearcoat? or is it the other way around? trying to paint in a scratch today.
>>13983836
If you wet sand you'll need to polish before even worrying about waxing. And good luck if you don't have a machine polisher.
RIP your arms and you'll never get the wet sanding marks out.
>>13983841
so it's clearcoat > sand > polish > wax then. those handheld polishers don't seem very expensive.

Street legal go kart thread
This thing was quite fun with a 600cc Ski-Doo engine
Are buggies welcome ITT?
Ever since we watched that episode of Drake & Josh in high school where they built a street legal shitbox dune buggy, we've been wanting to try it.
>>13983634
By we I mean my brother and I.
I've also seen a few street-legal sidebysides at my local ride center. They seem interesting. I wonder about the gas mileage on them.
It uses the stock exhaust manifold and meets California emissions requirements. Thoughts?
>>13983604
Why would you want to put cheap shit on your car tho senpai
>>13983604
>set the car on fire
>claim insurance
>buy a gud car

>Profit.
>>13983608
There are plenty of turbo kits that utilize the stock manifolds and make a shit-ton of power.
I see no issue here

Would you still bang a slag if she had a chebby tattoo?
The fuck is a slag? And no.
You're going to get the inevitable 'no' from a bunch of greasy bench racers who could never get any anyway, but in reality they'd fuck any woman who'd be desperate enough to fuck their ugly asses.
Yeah for laffs, she's thin and qt.
I mean I just fucked a girl who had a dolphin (smaller but still) above her vag.
What is /o/'s 2015 car of the year?

Toyota is doing their best to spice up their lineup. Its the nicest MPV in the segment.
The most powerful luxury sedan on the market.

If you had the money would you pay $1,000,000 for this car?
Apparently it is worth that.
I can understand paying larg(er) sums for rare and interesting (especially historically) cars. But, with the complete detachment of pricing from reality these days, no, not $1m. Even if I had the money and desired the car.
There will come a point, sooner rather than later, where it'll reach a...well, from a collector's point of view, realistic price.

whats the difference in driving that and an XY GT replica for $30-$50 grand versus $1 million?
Oh, a vin number, thats all
>>13983423
History. Originality. Don't try and talk them away.
A replica is fine for driving the thing a lot, though.
Will there be any chance that america will get rid of its shitty import laws?
>>13983262
but then that would drive up the price of various non American antique cars
When America gets rid of itself.
lol no, it does nothing good for the gubment and is too much of an hassle
Are these rubber bumper lips any good? I just got my car painted and don't want to scratch the front bumper.
>>13983260
Always wanted to ask this.
See pic related. Does the front of this yukon has the same bumper lips as the one in OP's car? IF yes, what does these bumper lips provide as a function?
>>13983260
>don't want to scratch the front bumper.
Lift your car then.
Make it fit for purpose.
>>13983297
Aero brah
>>13983260
Not really, if they're mounted softly they peel off all the time and if they're mounted well you can flex and fuck the bumper without even scraping
Talk about the PT cruiser.
is it a good car, or more novel in intent and dicey to get a good one?
It's an unreliable piece of junk with horrid driving characteristics and an interior the quality level of a dollar store water gun.
>TP cruiser
lmao
>>13983217
so between it and any other hatchbacks, get another?
