What city are you in?
If you grab real-estate in a city like Vancouver/Toronto then that is a no brainer. You can live for a year off the commission of a single house sold.
I'm going to go for that degree myself after studying mechanical engineering. Going where the money is.

Do you have a specific career path in mind? I ask because I am in real estate but my gut instinct tells me it would be better to get a degree in something else that is related to the area of real estate or the job within real estate that interests you and learn real estate on the side. Depending on what you are like economics, accounting, finance, tax, psychology/financial psychology, construction management, construction related engineering (If this exists? I'd say being an architect is too involved although architects obviously can transition very easily into expert roles...

I got hit by a car while on my motorycle, not my fault, I have admittnce of guilt through text messages. Full incrimination on the dudes part. I did not call the police, we exchanged info and i thought it would be a regular process. This was a month ago and I find out today from laywers that he is not cooperating. I call him and he nervously tells me he does not have insurance. I am missing work opportunities and used up some funds while taking work off, what the hell do I do? What are my options?

Is bookkeeping still a viable career in the short term? I'm starting a bachelors in accounting and wondering if I would be able to start a small bookkeeping business to pay for it rather than continuing to deliver pizzas. Browse websites & physical locations searching for a product. Spampost it on all the relevant websites to that product, find a audience and target them through Facebook marketing.
This is 10x easier than creating your own product...

Some will advocate buying Gold/Silver, but keeping those physically is a huge liability, and if it's tied to an ETF the price could be manipulated (or the asset seized if the shit hit the fan)
