In the U.S. I know of one Gate City. They are kinda limited to middle of nowhere Midwest but they refund any atm fee that you use anywhere in the state. Any of you guys know any other banks that do that? Credit unions that let you use a network of atms don't count. Only banks or credit unions that let you use ANY atm for free.

I need money to meet the demand of my business and I'm thinking about opening a line of credit. The problem is I have no credit history. Will any credit card companies accept seeing as that I have no history?
If you have ongoing business with revenues earned you can show, just start with a small loan from a bank. Once that goes well you'll have a relationship with them you can leverage for the line of credit.

How do you profit from this? Are there other key concepts that I need to know before I understand this definition? I get, "buy low, sell high", that's an obvious strategy, but how do you "buy a bet that it will go low"? What are you actually purchasing? How is it profitable?
I sell you 1 share of company A at the mkt price today of 10, but will deliver in 3 months. I never actually bought the share i just sold it to you at that price.
i wait 3 months and company A's stock price has dropped to 5, i buy the share i sold you and actually sell it to you at 10, doubling my money.

I have an income of roughly 2200$ per month, it's not much, but it's a comfy job and my expenses every month are just 100$.
I have 16000$ CDN saved and I feel like investing it in dividend paying stocks as well as ETFs, and keep contributing every month with a % of each paycheck.
Would this be a good long term plan? Or am I better off saving the 16k and building it up further to invest in something else?

My vote goes for engineering. You don't learn any skills that can be used in the real world outside of engineering, and you get the average wage slave life.
