So I have a dilemma. I'll be the first to say that it's a good dilemma to have, but nonetheless it's causing some anxiety.

Is that enough money to put the down payment on some property and live off of the rent money? I am single and live frugally, like <20k a year in expenses.
Ideally I'd like commercial property to rent out to businesses so that way I don't have to deal with stupid pleb tenants. How much money would I need to do this? What's a good part of the US to do this?
I don't know what to do. I'm kind of autistic and mentally ill so I'm uncertain about my ability to realistically keep a job. I haven't had a real job in like 5 years. I have a CS degree and used to be a software engineer though. I could spend some hours a week managing my property if necessary, but I can't really handle waking up early every morning, working in an office and having to fit in and interact with people all day.
